The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 11:30 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of THB 100 (exact amount varies) at check-out.
