Guests must transfer via boat and shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the ferry terminal and airport (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 48 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. This property’s mandatory gala dinner fee on December 31, 2024, includes 2 persons in all room types. The listed gala dinner fee is required per person for guests exceeding this number in Garden suite - King, Garden suite - Twin, and Pool Villa Suite. Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi. Speedboat schedule: Departure from Royal Phuket Marina Pier to resort at 2 PM. Return service from resort to Royal Phuket Marina Pier at 11 AM. Speedboat service (surcharge) is subject to weather conditions.
