Down the street from St. Louis station. Just close enough to be convenient but far enough away to be a little quieter. AC worked great. Kitchenette was nice. Everyone up front was friendly and courteous.

I like the cooking facilities and washing machine. Great convenience for my family. However the shower area needs improvement, would be better to install shower screen so that floor won't be wet.
Its a pity that the jacuzzi water is cold.
Also a little too far from BTS and it's a residential area.

Excellent hotel at rhe right price. Every bit as clean and professional as any of the big hotels but lots cheaper. Love the rooftop spa, the gym is much better equipped than most hotel gyms and the rooms have a washing machine. Great experience.

Great view from the roof top; which has a gym, steam room and whirlpool. The property is spacious and new, the staff super helpful and always there. The washer and fridge in the room super helpful. The hotel is in an area that gives you a good “local” experience. Convenient to massages, restaurants, to get taxis. Most tourist locations within a 15-20 min taxi ride. Definitely recommend!

The place was nice enough. Staff was polite and the room was clean. The only reason this is a "3-Star" review is that there is a MAJOR disconnect with your branding and what you actually offer.
The main image on your marketing of that big spa was the main reason I went to your hotel. When I was told the heater was disconnected because one dumb person hurt themselves, you didn't realize the REAL damage being done to your brand.
You should diminish the value of the spa in your branding and marketing or install the heating mechanism so you can be authentic.
I feel like I was lied to.

We enjoyed our stay at Zensation. The family suite was clean & spacious with a kitchen and washing machine that came in very handy. The building is within a residential area, so plenty of cheap local food options to choose from. Security is excellent as there is always a guard at the front door.

Driving down the road to this hotel we feared the worst only for that to be dispelled when we pulled up outside. This was a lovely modern boutique hotel with apartment accommodation.
The reception we got was friendly and helpful which carried on for the whole stay. They helped with directions and taxi needs and also anything we needed basically.
The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean with all amenities. ie cooking things and washing machine and microwave also a large fridge. The air con was in both sitting area and bedroom. There was also an airer on the balcony to dry things.
Lastly there was a gym, steam room and large jacuzzi. The views at night from the roof space were great. There was also a zen garden up there which brought a bit of peace.
Though this is set in the financial district it was easy to get tuk tuk, taxis and the BTS rail station was just 10 minutes walk down the road.

The "Hot Tub" on the roof is unheated. I was dissapointed we could not enjoy the tub on the roof, as the water was too cool to be enjoyable. Everything was extremely clean and staff was very friendly. There is a balcony but the airconditioner is blowing hot air on you out there.

Upon check-in, I was requested to sign an in-house terms and conditions for the stay in which I am completely not comfortable with. It was reserved via www.hotels.com (where T&C has been applied) and I have never signed on such T&C for any single stays in Bangkok ever :(
Have reserved a Family Suite for 2 and a Deluxe Suite for 1. The size of Family Suite is 55sqm and is only good for 2. For 4, it is too squeezy.
The washlet at the Family Suite was blocked and I have to flush at least 10 times per usage. It was eventually repaired on the 3rd day. The design of the bathtub is not practical too as the bathroom is always flooded with every showers.
Found mini cockroaches on several occasions :(
Should consider to include a dish sponge and dish detergent for the kitchenette.
The theme of Zensation is "zen", I am however sceptical about it. The open concept of the shower facility (akan onsen) for the spa pool and steam room is again not practical (I have no where to even get changed). No access to the zen garden (half blocked), it is purely for admiration from the spa pool.
