The building is old and needs to renovate. The buffet food was always cold.

I am a bahamian and I can honestly say the food was a 2/10 and did not come out the pan hot. They should have had them under sternos. Besides the food, the place is nice, quiet and relaxing.

The staff at front desk didn't give me any information at the arrival, didn't tell me any of the activities that were included. Only found out because of the security guard at the beach told me about.

It was beautiful and the staff were excellent!!

We were very excited to be there for a friend’s wedding. Our first Bahama trip. Our first room was clearly not clean. There was sand on the bed, a used mouse trap in the bathroom that had something removed from it and a dirty countertop, a bug crawling across the bed and ants on the floor. We requested another room that also was less than desirable. Mold on the window curtains and Bed bugs! We went to get something to eat and even the food was not good. After the bride had to arrange for a third room we entered thinking everything would be ok as to the eye it looked clean-much better. But again, bed bugs! With not being able to catch a flight out we slept in the lounge and on beach chairs because we were not able to sleep in the room. Needless to say our accommodations were not good. Leaving off pictures for now.

Not what I expected.

The food, activities, and lodging were lovely. Best parts were the lovely staff, incredible location and the all inclusive benefits.

Boy i have a few things that we did not like. First it was our 40th anniversary and nothing was lefted in our room or at the restaurants after telling you when i made the reservations!!!! Our room wasn't a king bed it was two doubles. Toliet would not flush and no pressure in the shower. Plus didn't know outsiders could come in for the day!!!! To many kids!!! The staff was great and the drinks were poured wonderfully!! Plzs fix the rooms not being used in the vivi club. All rooms should be the same!!!! Not sure we will back!

Place was lovely, some employees could use some customer friendly service.

The beach is wonderful, I could snorkle all day. The food is terrible! Same food everyday and its not good!! Rooms are like a cheap motel. Most of the staff is very unfriendly. No entertainment!! They have a stupid show at 9:30 at night and thats it. This was our second time going we thought maybe it would get better but it didnt. Its a lot cheaper then other resorts so i guess you get what you pay for.

I am not sure where to start. Let me just say that this hotel is not the same hotel that was pictured in the photos. In the community areas such as the dining hall, reception area and pool they look pretty good on the website, but let me tell u they do not look the same in person. Allow me to first explain the room. It was extremely old. The shower still had the old knobs from back in the 80s. It looked like something had taken a bite out of the bottom of the door. A lot of the shower area appeared molded. There was a sign that showed that we should not pour water into cups. The bed was decorated with an old duster from around the 90s. When I decided to go to sleep, there was a bug crawling on my pillow. In short, do not book with this hotel.

Much older place. Food was pretty much the same stuff. It was cold 95% of the time. The staff were friendly. The reservation was for 2 queens and we got King. The restaurant’s say no availability for reservations. Only A/C you have is in ur room. Very hot every where

I asked for a refund due to a family emergency 3 weeks before i went and expedia completely ignored me and kept my money!

I paid for a king room and close to the beach room, i was given a sencond floor and a beach view, with two queens beds. Room description not accurate
