Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and big, bathroom / shower facilities are good. Didn't get to use the swimming pool but pool table was good fun especially since I was traveling with friends. Location is excellent, 5 mins away from Petra entrance.

Lovely room, modern bathroom and best pillows on whole trip (including places 3 times the price). Pool is a little disappointing, but that's not the reason you are here. Easy walk into town (few good restaurants on right), and short drive to Petra parking.

The bed sheets were dirty, when they came to change them, even the new ones had dark stains on them.
The gym was not a gym, a few outdated machines next to the pool.
The service was average, but I would not rate the hotel a 4 star.

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay in Tetra Tree Hotel. We were a bit frustrated that we had booked connecting rooms, and were given rooms across the hall, but appreciated the hotel's efforts to apologize with a free breakfast as well as fruit baskets. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We downgraded on comfort/cleanliness because though the rooms are non-smoking, the hallway, lobby, and upstairs almost always smelled of smoke, and the smell often entered the rooms from the hallway. Given that several of us are very sensitive to smoke, that was a bit annoying as well. If you don't mind the smell of smoke, it is a great place to stay, most rooms have a nice view, and we enjoyed the pool (and pool table) downstairs.

We came from the 4 star Movenpick Resort in Aqaba, and our rooms at Tetra Tree were bigger, cleaner and nicer! The staff were really helpful and the terrace and dining room are lovely. Sure its not a swanky place, but very comfortable.
Some of the bad reviewers - people who say there wasn't enough fresh fruit for breakfast etc - should stick to package hols in Spain!

Some way from the Petra site, but with nice views over Wadi Musa.
A nice rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening.
