The cleaner came into our room in the morning! she just opened the door! even tho we had do not disturb plate, but she removed it and said it was nothing on the door.
When i checked in the women was too slow, she didnt take us seriously, she was just talking to everyone else while saying one/ two words to us, not professional.
The swiming pool was nice and the people who work there are very nice

L’accueil est horrible, le personnel est très désagréable.
Notre chambre était sale, de plus la climatisation dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Aucune pièce de l’hôtel n’est climatisée.
Le coin thalasso & spa est fermé depuis longtemps.

hôtel vide et délabré, chambres et salle de bains sales et moisies, terrasses des chambres sales avec des plastiques qui trainent à perte de vue, musique à fond, infrastructures fermées (piscine intérieure) et/ou ouvertes sur demande, accès à la plage fermé ( ouvert sur demande ), plage sale ( plastiques, déchets...) transats cassés, matelas sales. Quant au ' all inclusive', très restrictif puisque petit-déjeuner de 8h30 à 9h30, déjeuner de 13h à 14h et diner de 19h30 à 20h30......peu ou pas de personnel, qui ceci dit en passant, étaient plutôt enclin à faire avec le peu de moyens qu'ils avaient.
