My experience in this hotel is the worst! We booked a suite in the hotel for one leisure day. When we arrived the room was only equipped for one person (one towel, one cup, one set of amenities etc), and no complement water provided. We requested the miasing items from the reception and it took them forever to bring it to our room, approximately 3 hours. The room was not so clean, also the carpet all along the aile to the rooms really stinks! When we tried to use the jaccuzi tube, the smell of the water was horrible, as if it's sewage water!! Apparently the tubes of the bath are extremely old and moldy so that the water coming of them is really gross. We tried to use the shower of the room, and the valve used to switch the water flow to the upper shower was stuck and not working, so the water was only coming out of the tap water near to the ground.
The hotel should not be more than 2 stars hotel, our experience was disgusting! Never again...

This is the 2nd time we stay @ this Chain hotel & it’s terrible. It’s shame because they have magnificent beautiful buildings, but the rooms are outdated & the customer service is terrible. Our room is huge, but not clean & furniture is running down. They didn’t have it stock with towels & toiletries. Had to call the front desk & wait for at least 30 mins b4 we get the towels. We booked it only so we can use the pool, but the pool was closed that day & won’t open until next day which is the day of our checkout. Asked Naury to give us one hour as a late check out to enjoy the pool next day, especially that we did not check in until 5:00pm. She said NO without even trying to accommodate us. Non of the staff we met yesterday speaks English. They didn’t even offer us to have the bell boy helping us with the bags. Nothing is worth staying in such a hotel. That’s it I learned my lesson, oh & the checking in took forever the front desk was so slow & does not know what she is doing & finally gave us the key didn’t even bother to explain to us anything re: breakfast, wifi, amenities, etc

The Expedia listing lists the hotel as a five star. The hotel might have been a 5 star when it was built but it is most definitely not anymore. 3 stars would be at its best. The entrance/main lobby was nice and clean but the hallways and rooms absolutely not 5 star. The hallways looked as they have not been vacuumed for many many days. The walls stucco was pealing off the wall from what looks to be like a water issue. The rooms I believe at one point in the hotels life was beautiful. Now it’s old hard/firm beds, old furniture. Knowing 2 people were staying in the room only 1 towel was left in the room, of course not realizing it until it was to late. The room did have a working air conditioner. I am not saying not to stay at this hotel. I am saying don’t get your hopes up thinking you are staying at a 5 star when at its best it is only a 3 star.

My money was stolen and talk to the hotel more than time NOBODY SPEAK ENGLISH, Check-in Aug 26 room 803 arrivals in the morning then sleep and going to lunch with my team in a downstair restaurant 6:00 PM TO 10: PM and leave my handbag in-room !!!! this is the only time leave my handbag, I knew that problem when came back America because the thief stole $4,000 then leave only one hundred outside and add from him side single dollar so when inspection from outside I see my money very well, I spent in turkey 48 hours only 26 to 28 morning this why knew this problem only back to America !! I take a lot of time to guys there and there's no response last time I asked them to review security camera and the exact time was determined Aug 26, 2019, from 6:00 PM TO 10 PM but No way and nobody understand me

This is a good and relatively new hotel, unfortunately service is deteriorating everytime i stay here. still no better choice, and the issues faced are not yet big to prevent future bookings, for now. For example, engineering was fixing kitchen door during service hours, WHY? small things like this, but getting more and more

perfect business hotel albeit at a car drive away from center. Ideal for short term stays with cars. Even taxis are not available easily from the hotel to the city. Breakfast buffet could be better, much poorer than hotel's general and fullfilled claim of giving good service. One funny - awkward point: 2nd stay in this hotel and trash bin by the toilet is in front of the toilet.. What gives??? Same housekeeper who is always in hurry?

It is off center with a vista. Facilities are kept at a minimum but comfortable and acceptable level. Service is courteous but not always efficient. Usually I used to drive back an hour to stay at Adana and drive back again the next day to Iskenderun. Anemon removed this need. An indoor/outdoor pool, better gym facilities would have helped a long way. Staff experience has not improved since last year, which was surprising, perhaps a high personnel turnover, but courteous and helpful, not effecting the overall acceptable and positive experience. Need a car to commute to and fro city.
