Staff was good we have no problem at all

We were upgraded to a suite so had a lovely stay. The restaurant on the top floor was very good with amazing views. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful

Disappointing is the word to describe our stay at Barida Hotels in Isparta. Nothing like the luxurious relaxing break suggested by the hotel and booking site web pages. There were some positives. The hotel is on a main road into Isparta from the north so it is easy to find. There is a large underground car park with direct lift access to reception. The lift does not go to the upper floors despite the buttons being there for those floors. This is positive for security. Staff offered to bring our car from the car park. It is easy to walk into the centre of Isparta and the bus station is 100 metres from the hotel, as is a large shopping centre which has a range of eateries. The room was large and the bathroom had adequate towels and cleaning products. Powerful warm shower. Kettle and coffee with bottled water in the fridge. Clean room and bathroom. But... The top floor restaurant with the al la carte menu and long range views was closed. The indoor swimming pool was only usable for a few minutes as both air temperature and water temperature were cold. The steam room was also too cool for comfortable use and there was no water to place on the coals in the sauna. Staff remembered to charge for swimming caps before using the pool, which was fair enough, but staff did not offer towels nor advice on the available facilities. We even had to ask for directions to the changing rooms. We booked a room with 2 beds, but we were given a room with one bed. The non-smoking room was confirme

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating... Initially there was a slight mix-up about our room, and we were given a room with only 2 beds (1 full and 1 twin) though we booked a room with 1 full and 2 twins online. When I approached the desk clerk to request a different room he was quick to try to help and called over the manager (who speaks English) to help as well. In the end we were given a room with enough beds for our family and the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. There are at least 3 dining venues on-site, and we chose to eat at the "Roof Top" restaurant which once again was clean, friendly has a beautiful mountain view and the food was good too. The breakfast was as expected including the standard Turkish Khavalti fare with eggs, bread, cheese, fruit, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice and much more. This was a 1-night stay so we didn't have time to take advantage of any of the many other on-site amenities such as the pool or spa, so I can't comment on the quality or service there. Overall I would recommend the hotel, and would come back again.

Comfortable overnight stay travelling from Muğla to Ankara. Our room had a great view of Mount Davraz over tbe surrounding rooftops. The Airon in the room was superb set at 24 degrees and kept a good temperature through the night without noısy fans. The Old Irish Pub served a good pint (can) of Guiness and and some nice good value pub grub. Good sized well kept swimmimg pool.

Nice hotel for families. We stayed with 2 adults and 4 children. We had a suite and it was plenty comfortable for all of us. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is an indoor pool and fitness center which we enjoyed.

Kahvaltının her yeri kapalı bir balo salonunda verilmesi korkunç iç karartıcı. SPA içerisindeki soyunma odaları kirli. Odamızın perdeleri, yatak örtüsü niyetiyle yatağın alt kenarlarından sarkan örtüler ipliklenmis, sökük gibi duruyor. Son derece bakımsız bulduğum bir otel. Yer halısı leke ve toz içinde. Üç kişilik tuttuğumuz aile odasında havlu, terlik, bardak gibi malzemeler iki kişilik hazırlanmış. Minibar boş.

The hotel is not five-star, but three-star. I booked a supreme suite room, but I did not find the specifications that are found in five-star hotels, usually this hotel lacks many things to be five-star, and I do not think that I will stay in it again and do not recommend it
