The rooms are not well cleaned or maintained, in both of our rooms the AC was not cooling, and the drainage was blocked. I really question how the 5 star is maintained. It doesnt deserve the value of money and dosnt meet the expectation

Smell of smoke in the hallways and my room was strong. Otherwise was a good stay.

Enjoyed trip will come again

The property is not too far from Maulana Rumi's tomb, Need updates and it is not very clean.

Amazing hotel, food, and staff. Very clean and professional. Special mention to staff member, Cafar, who always went out of his way to ensure our comfort, and made us feel at home and like family.

We originally chose this hotel due to very high ratings online but were not entirely satisfied or impressed by this hotel at all. I had seen a couple of complaint reviews online due to issues with the rooms being overly hot (due to AC system being shut down for the winter months) but dismissed them as we were traveling in November, which is colder in Konya. The first room given to us was extremely hot and felt as if we were staying in a sauna. We couldn't relax or sleep at all. After a couple of conversations with the front desk, we were moved to another room of the same type on the opposite side of the building, which felt much better. This hotel shuts down the individual controls to the AC during the off season which does not allow one to adjust the temperature to personal liking. For a 5 star hotel, it is lacking in personal attention to details. When we first arrived, no one came out to help us with our bags until we unloaded everything on our own and were walking into the reception area. The receptionist was kind but neglected to give small details such as time of breakfast and wifi information - standard details that should be given when checking in. We had to ask for the information ourselves. Overall, it's an OK hotel but felt more like a 3-star hotel than 5 Star experience.

Overall a great 5 star hotel! I thought the receptionist was not very experienced! But a very nice person.

Beautiful boutique hotel not too far from all the main attractions, staff was very helpful. Would love to stay there again. We booked a suite which was well deigned and had a massive living area and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast had a vast choice of food you could imagine.

The room given to us was terrible. Not properly organised for four adults family. We have to upgrade and pay extra. Breakfast ok . Restaurant food very good . Will recommend to stay but for five star hotel they should have staff 24 hrs with good English.

The entire staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and modern. The hotel’s restaurant was absolutely clean and had delicious food. The front reception was always ready to answer my questions and find a resolution. This hotel has a great spa, swimming pool, and gym area that is absolutely clean and safe for everyone. Gafer is in charge of greeting guests at the front desk and he is an amazing person! He helped me with lots of things during my stay at the hotel, and he was always ready to go out of his way to help and to make sure we were satisfied. He is the guy you can count on! I highly recommend this hotel and I will go back to this hotel when I go back to Konya! I can only say to the entire staff: Thank you! You made us feel like we were in our home!

Stayed at this hotel two separate times in a weeks period. First time was great, no complaints. Second time. Doorman was very nice and good at his job. Employees in general very nice and friendly. Modern/new hotel, clean, spacious and easy to get around. Complaint. Arrived around 2030 hours. Drapes on room are drawn shut and very dark to try and find key card holder to turn on lights. Air conditioning not working. First attempt maintenance person said it was working. I wait an hour and the room is still hot, so he comes again and drains water out of the system and cleans a part. He uses a temp gun to check the temp. It drops to 23 C. But later goes back to 26 C. Uncomfortable, but deal with it. Safe is in the locked position and have to get someone to come reset it from the last person who stayed. All this late at night when I want to rest. In the morning at 0730 hours, no water on the 7th floor. Told it is a technical problem and they are trying to fix it. So no shower or toilet working. Don’t have time to wait, so my father and I leave for our trip. Very disappointed in our stay.
