Business Park Hotel

All in all was good, no complaints. Neat clean and accessible.

Hotel is a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was really helpful and accomodating. I asked a non smoking room and they gave me a non smoking room. The location is perfect, close to Metro station and Kizilay Square. Lots of food options. Very safe to walk around during the night.

It would be high rated property if it hadn't been dripping from above in our bathroom.

the breakfast was the worse. limited options, dry cheese, dry jam, tomatoes and other vegetables rotten and old, etc..

In my experience, the hotel was not provided us good service. We were traveling with 2 infants and we couldn't get heat and room was so cold.

Receptionist was not polite !

I would have preferred a non-smoking room. All rooms at this hotel are smoking rooms. The employees were so kind as to check out four rooms to pick the one with the least smell. The location is quite central. It is easy to walk to the Metro and other points of interest.

First room smell cigarettes

We were told that we couldn’t stay in the hotel because surnames weren’t the same. They said it was a “law”. They couldn’t show us the law or policy… supposedly had to call for management approval. Even after management approval we were stopped and questioned every time we entered the hotel. The window in the room was left open by staff and it rained the day we checked in. So, one of the beds were wet, the floor was wet, and so was the window sill…we had to call for dry towels so we could shower… all towels were used to clean and dry the room. It took them forever to bring them up and they wouldn’t leave them until we gave them all of the others in trade. For 7 years I have been traveling to Turkey usually staying 10-14 days each visit … I have been all over the country (From Istanbul to Trabzon to Urfa and everywhere in between) Never have I ever been made to feel so uncomfortable!!!

Central hotel which is convenient to reach many places in Ankara. Cosy and Clean. Good breakfast and staff was really friendly

Worst hotel we stayed in Ankara. It's an unsafe and messy place. The staff of the hotel is incredibly rude. we had to go down again and again because there was a problem with the door card and the door. We preferred the hotel for the massage, but it was an underground salon independent from the hotel and the prices were higher and lower quality than the alternatives. If you are just looking for a hotel in the center or if you are looking for a spa hotel, it should definitely be your last choice. The ventilation of the bathroom is bad and it smells. The walls are very thin, you can listen to the conversation of the next room completely. They charge exorbitant fees for the products in the room. And they charge for more than you use.

Problem in air condition be carful

There is a problem in air condition when weather is hot you cant sleep the location is very good breakfast is ok

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in Turkey, The room is not cleaning. The air condition in all hotel did’nt work. You can’t sleep at night because the noisy and the hot weather. The reapstionist are not friendly and helpfuly. There are cockroaches and mosquitoes everywhere in the rooms. Also they tell you to pay water!
