The structure was very unique, staff were all super kind especially Yağmur.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a 5-star establishment. The cleanliness was a major issue throughout my stay. The elevators were consistently dirty, and my room wasn’t much better – dust in the corners, unclean surfaces, and an overall feeling of neglect. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff didn’t replenish basic amenities like toilet paper or toiletries, despite several requests. The food situation was equally disappointing. Dining at the buffet felt like living the same day over and over again – the same bland, unappetizing meals were served each day, with no variety or improvement. The bars were another letdown. Despite having bottles of premium alcohol on display, these were empty, and instead, the cheapest possible alternatives were served. It felt like a bait and switch. The staff also didn’t help improve the atmosphere, as most of them appeared unfriendly and indifferent, rarely offering a smile or making you feel welcome. In general, the entire hotel felt unclean and poorly maintained. It certainly doesn’t live up to its supposed 5-star rating, and I cannot recommend it.

Amazing place great for families. If I had to say one bad thing I would say the night entertainment could be a bit better I would give it 4.5 stars. At 11 pm the entertainment ends. Instead, I would suggest they have a live DJ after 11 pm.

Fantastic hotel

Gorgeous, modern hotel.

Lovely stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful, room is a good size and the all inclusive offer and food is great with a large variety. Only downside is there is no access to an iron in the room and the only way you can iron clothes is through sending items to laundry for a fee which was an inconvenience

Modern facility and very friendly staff

We were in this hotel for about 5 nights, we enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend it, also in the food, the pools, the staff, everything was perfect

It was good, would have been nicer if connected directly to the beach. Food was ok, lots of varieties but nothing tasted really good. For us, breakfast was the best, cant go wrong with an omelette. Staff are great and very helpful.

The reception works very bad.We arrived at 9 a.m and couldn't get our a room until 3 p.m.The man Samir at the reception offered to pay extra money for the view for 10 euros for each day. When we refused, he did not give the room until 3 p.m,although the rooms were ready. The staff is rude and doesn't speack English at all. The food was terrible. It is not tasty, very solted and spicy. Vegetables and fruits are rotten, pasta is cooked in front of you in the same water throughout the day,I mean water doesn't change. There is no beach,really. The hotel is so far from sea. The only one good thing about this hotel is that the hotel is new, it built a year ago. I absolutely don't recommend this hotel.

The reception was good. The restaurant staff is mediocre. There are ants in the room. The mini bar was not replenished during my stay. There was a plate of fruit as hospitality... The strawberries were moldy and stayed in the plate all my stay without cleaning.

Great place to stay, with great service

Sehr schönes Hotel

Hotel prima ligging, namelijke shuttle die door een tunnel naar strand gaat. Kamers prima maar veel te warm, airco werkte niet en hebben met de balkon deur open geslapen en dan heb je veel herrie van verkeer etc, een ventilator gevraagd bij receptie maar die hadden ze niet. Het schoonmaken en aanvullen van badkamer benodigdheden kan veel beter. De shampoo en douchegel is niet prettig en goedkoop. Buffet restaurant was prima alleen a la Cart maar 2 opties, Italiaans of Turks. Italiaanse a la cart Olivia was super slecht, hoofdgerechten waren vreselijk slecht bereid en niet te eten, restaurant kunnen ze beter sluiten. Tussen de tijden van ontbijt tot diner en nacht niet veel te verkrijgen qau snacks en eten. Water van Zwembad buiten was in mei te koud, enkel binnen gezwommen. Als t druk is in hotel zijn er weinig ligbedden beschikbaar, mensen reserveren met handdoekje leggen en zijn vervolgens uren niet aanwezig, geen beleid in door personeel. Ik geef dit hotel n 7, met kids prima te doen. Zou geen 2de x meer gaan, leuk voor n 1st x turkije.

Das Hotel war super, die Speiseauswahl hervorragend. Es ist ein neues Hotel mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung, einem tollen Service und einem reichhaltigen Animationsprogramm.

Leider begann unser Aufenthalt mit einer großen Enttäuschung: Direkt nach der Ankunft auf unserem Zimmer musste ich dringend die Toilette benutzen – dort fanden sich jedoch sichtbare Urinspuren auf dem WC. Da ich mich davor stark ekle, blieb uns nichts anderes übrig, als dass mein Mann die Toilette selbst reinigte. Auf eine Reinigungskraft zu warten, war in diesem Moment keine Option. Die Zimmerreinigung war ebenfalls sehr unzuverlässig. Nur nachdem wir uns beim Housekeeping beschwert hatten, wurde das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt – leider hielt dieser Zustand nur einen Tag an. Das Bett war zu weich und die Kissen extrem hart und hoch, was den Schlafkomfort erheblich beeinträchtigte. Im À-la-carte-Restaurant war der Service erstmals wirklich zuvorkommend – Frau Arzu bemühte sich sehr um uns, was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Dieser Abend hätte ein gelungener Abschluss unseres Aufenthalts werden können. Doch leider kam es zu einem Vorfall, der uns nachhaltig schockiert hat: Im Aperol Getränk meines Mannes lag ein bereits gekautes Kaugummi. Der Abend war damit für uns beendet. Am nächsten Tag meldeten wir den Vorfall umgehend den Verantwortlichen. Wir erhielten zwar eine Entschuldigung, doch eine wirkliche Wiedergutmachung blieb aus. Zudem hatten wir das Gefühl, dass man den Ernst des Vorfalls erst nach unserem Nachdruck wirklich erkannte. Fazit: Das Hotel konnte unsere Erwartungen in keiner Weise erfüllen. Wir reisten enttäuscht ab – statt erholt fühlten wir uns ausgelaugt etc.

Zimmer top, Essen sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, im ital./türk. Restaurant fehlt aber eine Serviceschulung für die Mitarbeiter tw. alles etwas zu hektisch, Strandabschnitt vom Hotel nicht schön wir lagen dafür immer beim anderen Kirman Hotel am Strand bzw. Steg! Bimmelbahn Fahrerin super nett und aufmerksam. Rutschen top, Abend-Show der Wahnsinn.
