The staff were all amazing. Reception were always there to help and the lady was very smiley which is very beautiful. The bedding and towels changed most days and room cleaned I have a beautiful stay, most people there were Turkish. But as an English person I felt very comfortable in the hotel. 10/10 for me. Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms. However, this hotel is in the perfect location of Marmaris. You can’t beat that convenience. Also, front desk staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I called her a couple times prior to our stay and she blocked the perfect rooms for us with the right bedding configuration. Elevator is a plus as well as a variety of breakfast items and finally, A/C and wifi worked great which is something I have to have anywhere I stay. Overall, we would stay here again in the future but I would demand better cleaning and better pillows at least.

This hotel is right in the centre and great for access to restaurants pubs and a stone throw from the beach. I had stayed on the 3rd floor with a wrap round balcony and the view was stunning on one side was the beach and the sea and the other was the busy street with all the shops that opened until late into the evening. The room had a king size bed and a single bed both were brand new you could smell the newness in the room. These beds were as comfortable we had a great sleep with no complaints and to wake with these beautiful views was a bonus. The staff were very helpful especially Phyllis’s on the front reception desk could not do enough to help with any problems and questions. The breakfast wasn’t to out taste but the boiled eggs were good with fresh bread. The pool area needs some direction sighing and maybe a bit off a makeover but other than that we had a great stay in this hotel.

Rooms/bathroom are clean and are average-good However the food/drink needs to be improved, I wouldn't advise going all inclusive for the food , id advise to book based on a cheap price for good location, reasonably clean rooms and drinks included, thats about it.
