Club Tuana Fethiye

Beach access/garden was brilliant, services and buffets in both restaurant and bars excellent. Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed.

Our stay at Tuana had positives and negatives. Positives: - Family rooms are spacious. Probably the biggest we had stayed in and seemed newly decorated. - Grounds were well maintained. The accommodation as a whole is huge and it was always kept clean and tidy. There is a cycle track around it and they can transport you around on golf buggies. - Prices. Lots of shops at normal prices. Negatives: - Although the rooms were spacious the balcony was non existent. It could only sit one person on and wasn’t relaxing at all. The rooms were also noisy. Could hear a whole conversation from next door and every foot step guests from upstairs took. - The service provided was disappointing. Most waiting staff just stood around. In our whole stay we never had anyone come to take a drinks order at meal times and the plates were often left stacked up until we left the table. - Pool was cramped. We travelled during term time and struggled to get a sunbed around the pool after 10:30 so I dread to think what it would be like during summer holidays. - Payable smoothies / juice bar. Small gripe really but had to pay for smoothies / juices at smoothie bar which we weren’t made aware of. Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we wouldn’t rate this 5* maybe 3*plus or 4* at best. It does have everything a 5* needs but just feels like something is missing.

Top spot for a family beach and poolside holiday. Nice pier extending into the sea if you don’t like getting yourself sanded.

Spent 5 days here with family and had a wonderful time. In these current times it feels really safe and if it wasn't for the masks you could forget Covid was going on. Check in was simple & quick, little but if a queue, but I think I arrived just after a coach! Staff friendly, clear explanations in English. Like others have said, rooms could do with updating. Saying that, the shower pressure was great and theres loads of wardrobe space. Glad I went for a club room - the bigger terrace/balcony was well worth it. Grounds are immaculate and the maintenance team work around the clock to ensure that. Beautiful gardens, never saw a single bit of trash anywhere. Plenty of sun beds, mattresses and towels are provided which is nice. Food was surprisingly great, buffets are hit and miss anywhere - but there's different choices everyday and it all tasted so fresh. But what made it for me was the staff, they are all generally very young but always so friendly and attentive. A little further from Fethiye/Calis than it looked on the map, but less than a tenner in a taxi. All in all a lovely stay and fabulous value for money.

It was unforgettable trip, originally we planned to be only 3 days after 4 days we spent in Antalya, but after first 2 days we added 2 days extra to enjoy more. Really recommended.

We had high expectations for this hotel and they weren’t met. The main reason why we picked this hotel was it’s proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was full of rocks so while you could swim, you could also twist you ankle :( The food was below average, the rooms needed better furniture (the bed was very uncomfortable) and our shower was so clogged. Sadly, we don’t recommend this hotel nor will stay there again. However, the setting is beautiful as well as the hotel grounds so if you just want to go suntanning then this could be okay.

The property has awesome gardens and nice pools around but the resort is a bit old and need renovation specially the rooms.

Everything is good except reception personell. Great amenities, excellent evening shows, old rooms.

I had a very uncomfortable night, the bed was very hard and the pillows . Did not sleep very much at all,

This was our second stay here. The rooms are dated and dull but the grounds are lovely. All inclusive is convenient and saves a lot on extra food costs but the selection of food is a bit repetitive. The pizzas in the other restaurant were delicious . Stayed here a few years ago too. It's convenient because of the all inclusive, private beach but definitely needs a few more swimming pools as there is only one main one and it did get crowded during the day!! A lazy pool would be lovely!!

The hotel staff are amazing and ensure you have a fabulous and relaxing time. Great food and customer service especially Sultan hanim in reception. One of the best animation teams. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The room was a bit dated and close to childrens play area so could be noisy during the day but ok at night. Grounds were lovely and well maintained. Public toilets very clean. Food very good with plenty of choice. Signage for vegetarians could be improved (fish and meat in some dishes even when no mention on lables also some staff used the same implements when cutting/handling food leading to contamination) Cocktails limited and some bar staff spoke little english. Did not like that they wanted to charge for fresh orange and smoothies. They also charged for safe. The beach was a mixture of sand and pebbles but good access to the sea from the jetty. Free kayaks and peddaloes.

Not just hotel was a resort everything there you could want for gym(free) play area for toddlers small farm animals ..chickens birds etc water slides massive pool baby pool pool bar food from 06,30 till 12 pm 24 hour bar night club hit and miss when we were there (oct half term) starr really friendly hotel/resort very clean tidy had it own beach jetty etc water sports at cost but well worth every penny i could go on for hours about this place Cant wait too go back at Easter

We went in July 2015 as a family of three adults (one elderly) and two children and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Our two club rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean, everything was located not more than 5 min of walking distance (reception, restaurants, pool and beach). Club rooms are in 2-3 storey units with 24 rooms each, which are spread around a large very green and well kept territory and because of that there was no feeling of crowdedness. Good points: efficient reception, good service all around (the hotel, public areas, beach, pool, restaurants are all spotless), good reasonably priced spa (great massage and facials), fresh, varied and well prepared food, staff are working very hard and are doing their job in a gracious and subtle way, a spacious beach area, water slides well regulated by the staff. Things that could be improved: towel desk and water slide times could be extended, the pool could be crowded at times. No other complaints. A big thank you to the management and the staff of the hotel. Overall good value for money.
