Dragut Point South Hotel

We were supposed to spend 3days . We got there around 2pm couldn’t check in until 4 almost 5pm . They gave us a room without a blanket and no tv . Concierge doesn’t speak English at all and there two Russian guest who were arguing about the wait time to check in . There was mold in the bathroom . Im not sending this review because I had issues with anybody’s .but I’m warning you . There are better hotels in that area but this one is not good .we decided to check out the next day and change our flight ticket because we deemed unsafe to stay there .

i like nothing

The hotel is in a lovely location. Staff are great and very helpful. Variation of food in the restaurant quite limited but what food we had was good. Would return to this hotel.

I love staff and service meals not well room not bad

The hotel had water all over the floor at the coffee bar. As a result I feel on my back hitting my head on the bar. I had to be taken to a medical clinic by ambulance. I'm still having back pain and neck problems as a result. No one from the hotel helped they did not even ask if I was ok.

The hotel allowed gust to hang there clothing and towels and even underwear over the balcony. This made the hotel look s Very sleazy. Alison on the day I arrived they put me in the lower end North hotel. Even with the fact that my booking was in Dragut Point South Finally have insisting they gave me a room in Dragut Point South. My room was next to some sleazy people that hung towels clothing and even underwear this made me feel like I was in disgusting environment.

Very nice hotel but beach is is not very good. Small and dirty

We met some crooks (seller of boat trip blue angel)but it was a good trip. Employee was amazing in particular Merve who make very good cocktail and team massage. Its a quiet place to spend time with family but not to do party.

Good Room Size - Boardwalk to Town Centre Great pool (view of pool from each room) and room was a good size (triple room). Boardwalk access from hotel, leading into town (approximately 1.5km).Breakfast was moderate (stay was during off season).

Not a very pleasant experience. Stayed in a suite (most expensive room). Room was nice, facing the sea, but the service was next to nothing. Maybe it was the low season, not sure, but it was extremely noisy, the hotel property was poorly maintained. Food selection for breakfast was very basic. The bottled water in the room was never re-filled. When asked for two bottles of water at the reception, was charged 6 liras. The hotel manager, Mr. Ahmed, clearly lacks any hospitality skills. From what I saw how he treats his personnel it felt like I was in some kind of army barrack. There was constant noise, day and night, because workers were working at the swimming pool area. For the same cost you can definitely find a better place to stay. I would not stay there again nor commend it to anyone. Not sure how they managed to get 8.5/10 in hotels.com.

We stopped over for two nights at the Dragut. The hotel was easy to find , bang on the sea front, and close to the town centre. The hotel is modern looking, very well kept and the staff are helpful. Room was very clean and quite spacious. The food whilst being ok would benefit from offering a more varied choice of menu.

Very nice place, kind staff, good location

Otel gayet temiz ve kullanisliydi. Calisanlar güleryüzlü. Banyo piril piril.. Jakuzili, tekrar gitmek isterim.

We were among a few tourists at this time of year, however, bar staff v.v. friendly and helpful. Good choice at breakfast, bar menu very reasonable. Turkish Bath a must run by Edris, the best I have ever had, Edris is attentive and professional, whilst friendly, in fact I had 2 with massage in a week and would fly back to Turkey weekly just to have this again, not to be missed.

We enjoyed our stay of 3 nights. The food was good and varied, and the staff helpful. It takes about 12-15 mins to walk into the centre of town. Unfortunately we couldn't get the WIFI to work in our room, but it was good round the pool and in reception.

Otel genel olarak çok pisti. Koridorlarda saçlar kalmış tabaklar vardı. Odalardaki telefon çalışmıyordu. Oda temizlik diye bir şey yok. İstediğimiz hiçbir şeye yanıt veremiyorlar haklısınız ama böyle gibi cevaplar. Yemekler özensiz ve kötüydü. Konumu güzeldi tek iyi tarafı bu olsa gerek!

Herşey dahil diye geldiğimiz otelde 2 çeşit yemek var. Alkollerin çoğu yok ve buz yok. Buz sağlayıcı bozuldu diyorlar ama 3 gün yapmadılar. Odanın kliması bozuldu yapacak bir şey yok diyorlar. Herşey dahil oteller arasında geldiğim en kötü oteldi.
