Great holiday for a family. Amazing food. Drinks are mostly sugary, getting enough of sweet cocktails and switching to beer pretty quickly 😀 Definitely recommend, great helpful staff and all around

All good for a family holiday but very crowded and busy during school summer holidays

An excellent hotel but extremely busy as the hotel was full. Food was really good and delicious with plenty options. Pool area was packed with people.

iyi şeylere zaten değinilmiş, eleştirilerim; *otelin ana giriş kapısındaki güvenlik görevlisinin tavrı rezalet, rezervasyonumuz olmasına rağmen "saat sabah 8’de geldiniz müdürlerim henüz gelmedi bu yüzden sizi otele alamam" demesi kepazelik. *lobide çalışan kadınların ekserisi suratsız, yardımcı olmaktan uzak ve sorun çözmekten aciz. *odalardaki sürgülü balkon kapısı ağır aç-kapa yapmak zor. *oda kart manyetikleri sürekli bozuluyor ironik olan kartlar oda kapısını açabiliyorken ışıkları açamıyor. *banyolar küçük ve duşlar eski tip küvet demode kullanışsız. *plajdaki şemsiyeler çok kısa, insanların kafası çarpıyor ayrıca gıcır gıcır ediyor rüzgarda. *plajdaki şezlonglar temizlenmiyor kumlar geceden üstünde kalıyor. *plajda cafe-bar yok, bir şeyler içmek yada sahildeki ailenize içki servis etmek için 15 dk yürümek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. *plajda sebil yok ama ufak pet şişe su da yok! plajdaki insan soğuk ne içeçek? *plajda tuvalet yok, yorumsuz. *denizde iskele yok ki olmalıydı, denizi çok dalgalı ve rüzgarlı çünkü. *denizde dinlenmek için dibe bağlı istasyon can simitleri yok. *boğulma tehlikesi yaşansa beyaz tekne hareket edene kadar denizden sağ çıkan olmaz. *plaj can kurtaranları saat 10 gibi geç bir saatte işbaşı yapıyor. *eğlence sistemi tam bir hayal kırıklığı ve "sıfır". animatörlerin her yerde gürültü kirliliği yapması kafa şişirmekten başka bir işe yaramıyor. *oda temizliğinde melek hanım, halkla ilişkilerde merve hanım, barda efe bey ve mutfakta aslı hanım harikasınız!

The hotel is huge and is resting on an amazing land with lots of fruit trees and various flowers. It makes you feel like you are in paradise. I don’t usually prefer all inclusive resorts because of how crowded they feel and the quality of food is usually so so, but this place was pretty decent in terms of food and didnt feel crowded, likely due to its huge landmass. The most outstanding part of the hotel experience is though is the staff. From reception to kitchen to housekeeping, the entire staff is so kind and helpful. I hope they get compensated fairly because they make the hotel what it is.

British vibes. Guests are 90% from UK even the animation is done by british people. Great facilities, one of the best buffets way more than we expected.

Excellent resort, wide choice of food and beverages, rooms are clean. The whole experience was great.

Food was great and varied each night. We didn’t book an Al a Carte as the buffet food was so good. Rooms were in good order and the beds were comfortable.

We took our 9 year old granddaughter with us. Room was spacious and very clean. The pools are huge and very very clean. Staff was simply amazing. I cannot find words to explain the buffet options. It is like Disneyland for kids

I enjoyed the stay , the rooms are clean the food is the best. But the sea is not clear and had a lot of sea weeds . The swimming pool is nice and big there three or four. The hotel is a little bit crowded. The night shows and evening activity is poor.

Hotel is fantastic. The food was the best AI i have been to. Provided plenty options and accomodated for allergies amazingly! Staff couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel. And being 20 mins from airport is an added bonus. Also Sarigerme is a great village with shops, bars and restaurants.

The gardens were stunning although the area outside the hotel was very much a building site with little to do. The hotel was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The a la Carte restaurants were lovely but for me the main dining hall was so busy and had the brightest lights so felt like you were at school. The lunch area was nice and I felt the food was nicer there.
