Good hotel room! Clean and staff are super friendly & helpful! Always greeting and I got a lot of complimentary food & breakfast! Location is very good just across the tram station, a lot of food and stores around the hotel, I enjoy walking around the hotel!

This hotel has great service of front liner officers. They help us for everything. They upgrade our room and let us keep luggage after check-out. Perfect place just across tram station and many restaurants nearby. Definitely will come again.

Staff were courteous and very helpful. The housekeeper Ms. Serife was very courteous and kept our rooms clean and tidy. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice. The break fast staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also fantastic if you’re looking to use public transportation. I would highly recommend the hotel to my friends and family.
