I highly recommend , the location is great to visit the good places in gumbet it’s the best location , everything is near to visit even the market , and if I love the hotel , I love it from Mr.yilmaz with his lovely face and his great and clever management , he knows how to make the customers feels comfortable , we came before one day and the hotel was full but Mr.yilmaz gave us a great room , thank you Mr. yilmaz for everything, I wish you the best , and sure we will visit your hotel again ,

Rooms are very very old , no central air conditioning, no safe box , no windows , beds are comfortable but they don’t provide you with comforters, they give you bey thin blanket , we had no WiFi in our room , every time to make a call I had to go to hallway which was very hot and humid to make a phone call , to go to our room I had to walk outside then inside to go to my room , staff were very friendly, food and breakfast was okay for the money you spend but I will not go back

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve been to in a long time. It is absolutely disgusting!!! Mark my words, this is a 2 star motel at best! It’s beyond gross. We arrived late at night for a last minute check in. Front desk Claimed to not have my Expedia reservation, shook me down to pay in cash. As it was 3am in middle of turkey I had no choice. Despite Expedia rating this hotel 5 stars, The room was what you would expect from a roadside motel in a slum. Stained carpets and linens, leaks, no hot water. This place will make your skin crawl. Returned from my trip today to find the hotel not only took my cash payment but allowed Expedia to charge me for the stay as well on my credit card. But honestly, that’s whatever. I’m just happy to have made it out of this hotel without catching fleas or infectious disease. You’ve been warned!

This hotel has potential BUT no one use it. Food was terrible, room dirty, shower terrible we stay 5 days we cannot take shower, phone in the room not working at all, reception not giving any information about hotel services. I never back to this hotel. I am not recommended.

The place was huge loads of facilities everything in one place, but every facility was not look after it and not well kept for example the breakfast was small and cheap and cheerful and not wide ranging, the restaurant food was not wide ranging, The toilet in my room was broken the window was also broken many things needed fixing in the hotel but we’re not kept in order the music was on from the morning which kept me awake which are disappointing me very much, will not be staying here next time

We enjoyed the meals and coffee/tea service, the veiws were amazing. The sea access is off aite but a shuttle takes you down to the sunning chairs; they give you towel keys but the towels are to be picked up at hotel not a beach. The pool is small but offers amazinging view of the sea. The bed is not very comfortable and there worst part was the shower has no hot water heater, also the ebtire fscility is not air conditioned but you hace the option to turn your room ac on. Some of the staff was very friendly others seemed aggitated and rude when asking for directions to places or time frames.

The worse hotel i have ever checked in. Five star is a big lie, it can t be mire than two star hotel. The room was dirty and smelly. Air con was not working properly in a temperature approaching 40C. hot water was not available all the time. The food was very poor with very limited menu. Overall it was a disaster... the rooms rate was very excessive... avoid...avoid...avoid...

Hôtel nécessitant une rénovation générale, le service était correct et le personnel professionnel. La vue est superbe de la terrasse , mais le lieu est Gumbet ( petite commune accolé ) et non pas Bodrum comme indiqué, mais très agréable et très bien animé. Bodrum est accessible en minibus . Les repas sont pas exceptionnels. Il y a eu une erreur à mon enregistrement, il m’avait installé dans une chambre sans vue sur la mer, pour réparer l’erreur suite à ma remarque , j’ai été surclassé dans une suite. De plus, le hamam et sauna sont accessibles et gratuits.

Kommt auf gar keinen Fall in dieses Hotel. Wir waren 5 Tage dort, unser zimmer wurde kein einziges Mal gesäubert, obwohl wir immer wieder das Schild ausgehängt haben. Wir haben um Frische Handtücher gebeten, die Dame meinte, dass sie im moment keine hätte, haben dann erst 3 Tage später einfach n Stapel Handtücher auf unser Bett gelegt bekommen. Dazu kommt, dass die Zimmer so dünne Wände haben das man alles!! von links und rechts hört. Jede Klospülung, jedes Gespräch einfach alles. Wir wurden mehrfach in der Nacht wach dadurch. Das Bett ist ne einzige Katastrophe, richtig klein und hart. Die Mitarbeiter sind arrogant und kaum hilfsbereit. Das hotel hat nur ein Aufzug der max. 6 Personen fasst, haben immer ewig anstehen müssen. Wlan in den Zimmern hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das einzig positive ist echt der Ausblick vom Restaurant aus.

Ingen transfer til lufthavn. Ingen mulighed for at låne strygejern. Hotellet er ikke vedligeholdt og det virker gammelt og beskidt på gangene. Der er rigtig mange arbejdere og de er alle meget forvirrede. Elevatorerne virker ikke og det er en labyrint at finde rundt. Det eneste gode ved hotellet er dens udsigt. Maden er fryse mad og af billig kvalitet. Jeg anbefaler ikke stedet.
