Sealife Buket Resort & Beach Hotel – All Inclusive

Sea Life Buket Hotel is a basic all inclusive by US standards with excellent food and a beautiful beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They keep the staff employed year round to keep consistency in workers. Most visitors are from Eastern Europe, Germany, or France. The staff is very helpful (Nazar in the restaurant was very helpful and kind - so was Ahmet at the bar - “Iki Soda Lutfen”) There are many bazaars and shops around. Transport from AYT airport via transfer is around 80 USD. Most shops take either USD, EUR, TYL or Visa cards. Please check the typical weather for your time of year as summers can get very hot. Also, lots of buses and transport to get you to larger cities like Alanya.

Wonderful resort Every thing is fantastic

As soon as i finished my lunch my tongue was cut in which my mouth was full of blood, talk to the receptionist who said see the doctor and he wasn't present, seen by the nurse instead. She tried to direct me to the private hospital that was contracted with them but i was loosing precious time and said i would go by myself. Went to the hospital and i was charged for 1,000 YTL at first registration, the doctor saw my tongue, had two stitches, then they said i need to pay additional 5,000 YTL only for 2 stitches. After arguing i end up with paying another 3,500 YTL on top of 1,000. This is utterly a rip off, back to the hotel, explained what i paid and asked if the hotel was prepare to pay for it. After long discussions, he talked to the other people and they came up with lots of excuses. I understood that they wouldn't pay it at all, i said leave it as i only stayed with my family for 3 nights. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. anyone who dare to go there be prepared for not to be looked after. Whatever happens to you, you're alone at this hotel. Avoid, avoid, avoid !!

We were impressed with food manager. Also we liked swimming pools. The picture manager was very good too.

It was a fantastic hotel! We re-located to this hotel from Simply Fine hotel in main Alanya. They were very accommodating when we told them that we are coming and we had a bad experience with previous hotel. They provided a fantastic room, we loved it, it was spacious/clean/modern/comfortable/great view on the balcony! We suggest for any guests to reserve rooms on block 9, as they are the best in the hotel. The dinning experience was unmatched! There were numerous options, everyday was different! The best all inclusive experience thus far! They even provided option to dine in the evening, at one of their in-house restaurants. This was great! If this was not enough, they had numerous drinks stations to freshen up throughout the day. Unique snacks all day. You did not need or want for anything else. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were very attentive and kind. The facilities were great, they had great lifts! The 2 pools were clean and safe to use. They had 2 slides which was fun to use. They had so many extra activities to get involved in with your spouse or family. This hotel is very children friendly too! Highly recommend, in fact, this is one of the best in Alanya.

Great Hotel, a clean and organized one. Attentive staff members, more than enough facilities, more than enough food and activities. Best part about the hotel is the food buffet 3 times in a day plus Ali the other food options around the clock plus local drinks and soft drinks. The staff and amenities just as well, the beach is literally at your feet. You leave your room walk a minute down and tada! Great for families and caters for all needs. Bare in mind that the location of the hotel is purely just hotels there, it isn't a place with the convenience of a town centre as it is between Antalya and Alanya.

Don’t say all inclusive I had trouble and I’m still waiting from you telephone. Hotel like that half board unqualty food and drink. I had a Disappointed unbelievable minus 5 star

Overall a great hotel, but drinks were unsatisfactory, especially juices and alcohol. Çay was good though. Lacking hair conditioner, only shampoo and body lotion (also no shaving kit, dental kit, slippers and robe, but that's details). Room was very nice, with a sea view in the 9th building, a minute walk from the restaurant and pools.

Very old internal repair. I stayed at this hotel 12 years ago and almost everything is the same, nothing has changed. Very old plumbing and towels at the bathroom. The place where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner is more like canteen rather than restaurant.

Service inexistent, very disorganised and seems unhappy staff who you can see clearly don’t enjoy what are they doing impacting hugely the guest satisfaction. Smelly room due to the AC, blocked sink, remote TV covered with tape not working properly.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the sealife, staff were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The Room was a bit small for a family. It would be good if breakfast could be extended to 1030.

The positives: - The Spa The spa is excellent and quite possibly the saving grace of this hotel. The free facilities are clean and relaxing and the paid for massage/hamam packages are value for money. The massage therapists were pleasant and attentive and is certainly the reason behind one of those aforementioned 5 stars. - The view While SeaLife isn’t the newest of hotels the view is great. The hotel is literally right by the sea and the lobby terrace has an excellent view across the water with comfortable places to sit and enjoy it. The Negatives - Lack of English If you do not speak German consider a different hotel. While you can book in English and the hotel website is in English many staff struggle, even reception. - The Food The food is very hit and miss and often just plain bad. Really not up to standard on a consistent basis. - Staff Inattentiveness/Rudeness The F&B and the reception staff were just not up to standard and the hotel would do well to employ some real area managers who have some responsibility for their area staff to combat this. SeaLife is not a great hotel but it is not a bad hotel. It would comfortably be marked between three and four stars and be happy with that rating because at least then it has the chance to over deliver and not underwhelm or disappoint as it did with our stay there.

Perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday. Hotel has very nice private sandy beach with plenty of umbrellas and comfy sun loungers, very short walk from the rooms, 3 swimming pools and spa facilities. I was lucky to stay in a room with seaview, could enjoy sunset from my balcony. Rooms are very clean and nicely decorated, with climate control and WiFi. Food is great, lots of fresh salads and fruit and there's also a snack buffet during the day if you get hungry after a long swim. Staff are very friendly.

Considering what we have paid, we have not expected too much but we were literally pampered with the service. Food was just excellent, staff is helpful, it's very clean in and outside the room. Although it's not a very large resort hotel, it's a pretty 5 star on the beach.

We stayed at this hotel at the end of August for six days. It was a great experience and all family enjoyed our vacation. Hotel was right on the beach so you don't need to cross the road like some other hotels, it was very clean, there were plenty of choice for food and all were delicious, staff was extremely friendly and trying to keep up with the guests all the time even though the hotel was probably at full capacity. Animations during the day were a bit dry but it didn't bother us. We also tried the seafood and Turkish restaurant both of which were great but my favourite was absolutely the seafood restaurant. Overall great vacation and I wouldn't hesitate going back.

Beautiful location, good entertainment, polite staff but a bit tired and bored. Good food especially the Italian restaurant. Not so good size room for a family of 4 as on Expedia has been provided no details about sizes and booked a standard room. Another not so good thing is that quite far from the aeroport. Overall liked the location but won't return. :)
