I was so happy to say in this hotel, location very strategis, staff very helpful and very polite, when we just arrived there was something looks like mirror and the mirror fell down, my husband walked down to tell her. And she came right away, she said so sorry, and next day she gave us cake my husband say because yesterday SE gave this cake. OMG I love it she very nice. So nice staff. I will recommended this hotel for you all you will like it. And very2 nice everthing close

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Well situated next to the river which is lined with cafes and restaurants and a couple of streets away from the main streets for shopping/nightlife. Short tram or taxi ride to the old town. Trade-off of is A bit of street noise. Car parking is in a small underground garage nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Amazing location next to the river and all restaurants, cafes, shopping, grocery store and boat ride. Breakfast is simple but they didn't have cornflakes. Parking is in another building and not to access the hotel with a car. Small and nice kids play area at the restaurant.

We’ve been using Sennacity for more than 6 years. Excellent friendly service, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, comfortable quiet rooms. When windows are closed, you don’t hear the street musicians or anything from the great location in center of town. There’s offsite parking which is a huge convenience. It’s our go to place in Eskisehir!
