The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything (train and Taksim square). Their were parts of the building that were a little older with spiral staircases to get to rooms, but the staff was very accommodating when we requested to move my parent to an easier accessible space

The location of the hotel is more than amazing, the staff were really nice. It is not a 5 stars hotel but for the money paid and the great location all is good. The breakfast is not an open buffet but the area is so cool! Thanks to the lovely staff who made our stay less hectic as we were afraid from the reviews, especially Mr. Karim.

Good location directly next to taksim square, easy access to the Metro station and busses.
Staff are friendly and ready to assist, but there is a shortage in towels a room of 2 persons only will get 1 towel, no tissues at the rooms or water, they don’t check while cleaning if toilet papers are needed unless we ask for.
From my side I would not recommend it.

When arrived I was allocated to a double bed room that was the size just about te feet a double bed with an uneven floor board covered with carpet and had eventually tripped over hole in the floor I instantly complained and asked to be removed elsewhere in more suitable room with extra 100 Turkish lira to pay for each night
Bed sheets were never changed, fresh towels changed couple times, place dirty needs cleaning over all isn’t worth 3 stars

We booked this hotel as you advertise 4 star it's not 4-star may be 2 star only very small room as well and in the bathroom water use to get clogged up when we having shower. Also breakfast wasn't very good every day same..no good at all.

The worst Hotel in Istanbul. Not friendly reception and the service is below zero. Very limited Breakfast. Room was smaller than it appears on Website. If the reservation was refundable even with a charge, I would have changed it immediately but I only stayed two nights.
At the checkout time they asked me arrange a Taxi as it was midnight 2:00 am. They toom me 160Tl and said the taxi will be ready by 2:30am. The taxi came on 3:00am. I just not worth of staying.
