We had booked a garden view room (paid extra for it) and didn't choose the poolside room because it could be noisy. However, the receptionist said they'd upgraded our room and gave us the poolside room, even though I'd specified. The room was outdated, it sufficients big renos. The air conditioning didn't cool well, and the refrigerator didn't work. The bathroom was poor quality, and the towels weren't clean enough. They are 5 star but definitely It's NOT, at most a 3-star hotel. We won't be choosing this place again.

The staff at the front desk and breakfast area was quite welcoming. However, the rooms were smelling, secondly the walls and doors of the hotel are too thin. We could hear people walking outside the room, couples talking and enjoying in the very next room the whole night. Thirdly, someone was banging our door and we went to check who is outside. We found no one. Finally, The blankets and bed covers were dirty too. Upon calling reception, they had no response for the same issues too.

The hotel definitely is not four star. It is a basic hotel. The WiFi was not working and the excuse was the signal. But it was a lie. The room was ok but the carpet of the hall was not. It was overpriced. There are plenty of nice hotels in its neighbour hood cheaper and better.

Hotel is run- down. It’s set up for large tour groups some of which were loud, shouting in the hallways, some loud giggly girls, and a policy of loud music in the central patio/pool area until 11:30pm every night. We could not sleep because of this, and had to insist the next day that they move us to a room on the other side, away from the pool area. Then things were better. The pool is not very clean but it is huge and nice for lapswimming. Breakfast was good. room needs updating, furniture tattered, as are the bathrobes.

Overall is not bad. Hospitality is not bad. Breakfast and Dinner were good. Nice music. Air-condition was terrible it was not even cooling itself we called technical services two times and ther was no solution :( Clean of Hotel in general was not that good especially the forks and spoons used in the meals :( Lack of personnel working in the hotel. No elevators found. No one helped us in moving our luggage to the room.

Standart oda rezerve etmiştik, traverten manzaralı teras katı odaya yükselttiler oda gayet rahat ve konforlu manzarası çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Odalarda bornoz oşması güzeldi. Tek olumsuz yanı ses yalıtımının iyi olmaması ve koridordan çok ses gelmemesiydi.
