Lovely hotel, great location and very friendly staff

Beginning of our stay was the worst you can imagine. When we arrived, hotel was full and there was no room for us. It was told to me, that there was problem with credit card and it was my fault. Luckily I had all information about our reservation and also contacted hotel few days before. After almost 1 hour of arguing, we got compensation and could use other hotel as well which was very good. We enjoy stay there mostly because of the other Xperia hotel. Food was nice, lot of sweets and everything. Staff was friendly, just on reception they could speak better english. Wi-fi almost didn't work, minibar just with water (at least something and water every day), I could imagine better cleaning of the room (we had to press button to show to clean our room, because they didn't come for one day - nobody inform me if I have to press it, there should be daily cleaning). So bad start, but it enden up really good and we enjoyed it - thanks to the manager (but if I wouldn't speak english and wouldn't be able to negotiate about situation, we would have to pay extra 50 euro for stay in other hotel for one night and without any compensation or canceling of our stay). If you wanna be close to city center, it's great place. Close to shopping, bar and everything.

Food was average. Rooms were clean. Holiday was great. Thoroughly enjoyed it all

Reception staff could be more friendly and approachable and be able to speak English Bathrooms needs to be cleaned properly not just a lite wipe over , food was ok there was enough food but they all seemed same not enough variation

When we got there do move us to hotel not even one star and they said the hotel it’s to fall for tonight it was so bad experience it was miserable I would like to have my money back because they said it’s 4 to 5 star

This hotel was clean and tidy enough, however, the pool area was not very pleasant. It was overlooked by private residential apartments and the road at the front of the hotel. It just seemed that had been tucked into a side street where there was a spare piece of land. There was also continual noise from what I think was a peacock somewhere which became more of a torture as the days went by. While the food was quite good it wasn't replenished yucky enough if at all.

The hotel was very clean.The staff was very helpfull and delicate.The breakfast was incredible assorted and delicious.We separated from the hotel very happy.

Waiters and some of reception girls didn't speak good english and they had problems to understand it. Also some waiters were impolite, even we thank them every time. Food was good and there was lots of different salads etc. Room was very nice and modern. Also the hotel location is very good if you like going in the beach daily basics.

A nice enough hotel -clean, friendly , fairly recently refurbished and right in the center of Alanya .The main downside was the lack of comfortable bar/lounge area to sit in and relax in the evening. Except for the couple of sofas in front of the reception desk there was only the 'streetlife' cafe area .Wifi acess was a bit hit and miss. It was available in front of reception & sometimes' in the room if you got the right spot. Food was good, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job with 'towel art ' every day. A new design awaited us every day- very clever. Our room was a bit cold even with the aircon heater set to maximum. All the rooms have their own private bathroom, despite the mistake on the internet saying that you have to share with other guests! Not sure we would stay again, mainly due to the lack of a comfortable lounge area.

IDEALLY SITUATED FOR BUSINESS TRIPS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE TOWN CENTRE. rOOMS AND FACILITIES ARE FOUR STAR. tHERE IS LITTLE TO NO TRAFFIC NOISE FROM OUTSIDE. iDEAL FOR SMOKERS WITH FACILITIES BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE RESTAURANT WAS USED BY MANY VISITORS AS THE FOOD WAS EXCELLANT WITH FRIENDLY STAFF. WILL DEFINATELY USE IT AGAIN. NOT REALLY SUITED FOR CHILDREN.

Tatilimizin amacı 5 gün sabah akşam denize girmekti. Ancak otelin plajı halk plaj imiş. Şezlong ve güneşlik ücretli, havlu depozitolu otelden alıp plaja gidecekmişiz. Hizmet aktivitelerde her dahil anlamda olup bunların hem halk plajında denize girilir vede Şezlong ve güneşlik ücretlidir diye yazılmış olsaydı bu oteli tercih etmezdik. iki kez denize girdik. baktık zevk alamıyoruz otelden erken ayrıldık. Ayrıca da ilk olarak bir balkonsuz otele rast geldik. Denizden geldiğimizde ıslakları kurutacak yer yoktu. Çünkü otelin arka odaları hepsi balkonsuzdu. Otelin gece eğlencesi 900 m. uzakta ortak otelde olması da hiçte hoş olmamıştı. Bence bu otel sadece konaklama için çok uygun bir otel.

Opphold 5 netter med to barn. Kanskje ikke anbefalt med familier med små barn, siden basseng området var så liten og ikke så veldig mye aktiviteter for barn. All incl hotell, alkohol valg og mat var ikke så veldig bra. Men ellers Veldig bra renhold på hotellrom, kort vei til cleopatra stranden og til sentrum.

Personalet var u venligt. Maden var fint Og hotels tilstand er meget gammel dør, vandhane seng larmer meget.
