Every member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, they were so kind and polite. The breakfast staff were all lovely and always smiling and the breakfast always had variety. I was upgraded to a room that had a view of the burj khalifa, the apartment was spacious and had everything and cleaned daily. The best thing about the hotel was it was only a 5 minute walk to Dubai mall. My family and I will be staying at this hotel again for sure!

Location of the property was why I chose to stay here. It really is just minutes from the mall and many great brunch and dinner spots. There are also two markets right behind the building which was a huge plus. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very nice people, reception, breakfast bar and everyone including the cleaning team. Fresh water (4-6 bottles) everyday, everything clean and new towels daily. Wifi very good in all hotel. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym - free. Perfect for few business day spent there. Dubai Mall just around the building, 5 minutes walk distance.

Hotel staffs are very helpful and very kind, but the hotel service and repairs management needs changing, ASAP, as for teo weeks steam room didn't work!, and we couldn't fully enjoy the facilities, and the hotel policy should be stricter with guests which have no respect for others, loud music from guests shouldn't be allowed anywhere in the building , guests should have a better behavior in using facilities without making anything dirty!. The hotel lifts was not working properly, many time stuck and couldn't come out the lifts!!.in general the hotel location is good and all staffs are amazing and extremely helpful.

Excellent location but the room could do with some updating as cupboards were worn, coffee machine didn’t work and a few other niggling issues. The service was great though, very polite and service orientated. When we called for more pillows, they were there within minutes

Wish they have better options for breakfast buffet, definitely needs improvements in showers; several time water would leak out from the bottom glass shower door. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Enjoyed the walks from the hotel to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa

Deceiving advertising as a 5-star hotel. It is at best a poorly maintained 3-star! Ruined our first day experience in Dubai. We went in expecting a 5-star hotel experience and found ourselves in a poorly maintained hotel. Even 3-star hotels are better than that. Such a disappointment that we only stayed there for 5 hours. Do not recommend at all! There are lots of better options in Dubai. The stuff were friendly though.

The location of the hotel is great, only 5min walk to Dubai Mall via Fountain Address View. I wouldn't say the hotel is 5 star. I have stayed here 9 years go and then it would have been 5 years but the place is showing wear and tear. The Restaurant and Reception staff are great. However housekeeping let the hotel team down, not making the rooms up or providing fresh towels, i can understand if it happened the once but it happened for a few days running... which was appalling.

The stay was horrible, I had made the booking for my honeymoon, which was the biggest mistake I have made.
Firstly, the pictures deceive you with views of Burj Khalifa, but according to the staff, the view is now blocked due to new buildings. secondly, the floor which we were staying in had a major water leak previously, there was a damp smell and mold all over the roofs, there were small flies all around.
The mold and damp smell affected my breathing, I informed the staff but they paid no attention. I asked them to shorten my booking so I can leave immediately, they said it is not possible, once I contacted Hotels.com which was the booking party, they did not help at all, I asked for a refund but it seems as they don't even care for other people and their health.
