Pullman Dubai Downtown

Amazing

Wow. This is an awesome hotel. My wife and i spent 6 nights at this property. Satff were warm and accommodating. A special shout out to Shiva and Umair who were the best. They take pride in their jobs and it shows.

Great hotel

Pullman downtown is a beautiful establishment with an excellent staff and it easy to find your way to places close by. The only problem was the washing basin was getting block every time we use the sink and a water dripping from the AC but everything else was fine.

I loved the canal view of my room

The hotel is small, centrally located, close to the Mall and the Burj Khalifa. It was clean, pretty, you can't beat the price. The only thing I didn't like is that the front door staff push too hard for people to get the private taxis that are there at the hotel which are more expensive than the regular government taxis. The front desk helps with changing currency, they're very polite and helpful about anything we needed. There is a night club on the second floor that we never got to go to, also a restaurant and bar off the lobby and a la carta restaurant/bakery that was really good, a bit expensive. The gym is really small but gets the job done if you just want to get some exercise done we didn't use the pool but walked by and it is small with nice views of the khalifa and the creek.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Great choice of food for breakfast, staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. Hotel is spotlessly clean with great amenities and a great location.

Excellent, clean and amazing service. We also enjoyed the pool and the views.

If your staying near or on top of the restaurant the music is very loud.
