We had a four bedroom apartment which was big and loads of space. The view on the 17 floor was beautiful specially we got to the the drone display from the balcony.
The accommodation was clean.
We had some issues with the flat and the management was quick to look at it.
The staff were nice and welcoming.

The staff here are so friendly and welcoming. They have the upmost respect for the guests and are very helpful. I felt like a very special and important guest and they demonstrate that same behavior towards everybody. Big tick on customer service. The hotel was very spacious and great sized beds, we went for a 2 bed apartment and it was huge. Only issue was the rooms looked slightly dated and there were areas which looked like there was dirt, like the vents which some might not think much off but that is an area which could be harbouring bacteria and germs. The room service team do a great job and i feel perhaps this area needs specialist care due to its location and complexity due to it having moving parts. The area is absolutely ideal as its a short walk from the beach if you take the route from outside the plaza and forecourt. Taxis drop you off at the parking level on the ground floor and there are a load of food places who can drop to your door service. Overall i think 4 stars is a fair score but if it was just for the customer service then this place gets top marks

Property location was excellent, 5min walk to JBR Beach. Apartment I had wasn’t that great, AC in the bedroom was leaking and for some reason there were a lot of mosquitoes at night which kept on biting me

Excellent location both close proximity to JBR beach and marina. Lovely spacious rooms with kitchen facilities. Didn’t dine at the hotel so couldn’t comment on the food there but staff where very helpful.

Floors turned feet black. Hair on pillows. Stained furniture and ceiling. Confusing parking and valet. Terrible customer service that wouldn’t honor a partial refund after one night, had to get Expedia involved to rebook a much better place nearby.

The Hotel was difficult to find. If arriving by car the entrance is through an unmarked underground carpark at the rear of the building and our taxi driver had great difficulty in finding it. We telephoned the hotel for directions but the call was not answered.
We were upgraded to a larger apartment which was welcome but it was all very dated and in need of refurbishment.
The kitchen had suitable equipment, except for the lack of a toaster, but no instruction leaflets on how to use the combination oven. We had to ask for dishwasher tablets and a tea towel. The provision of cutlery and china was totally inadequate especially for a family size apartment.
The daily housekeeping was thorough and the young man that provided it was very pleasant.
Overall our three day stay was enough.
