A Bear's Hibernation

the property itself was nasty, elevator was filthy , had same trash the day we left as the day we arrived, smelled like urine, the room itself was cute but we had to sleep 4 people to the bed because the fold out sofa was disgusting looked like their was feces on the mattress , crumbs of food in the sofa and underneath, also my grand kids were screamed at for being on the rope in indoor pool that separated the deep part , maintenance man disnt realize i was in there and acted horrible banned them from the pool area, i know some people say the didnt do anything and did but this was NOT the case here, ive been coming to gatlinburg for over 40 years every year and this was the worst ecperience ive ever had HORRIBLW

Our overall stay was really good. Nice place, nice room, nicely decorated. Shower floor was dirty with dark stains. The dresser in the bedroom is not level. Drawers open on their own at will. Dresser was almost comical.
