This property was nice! The outside and inside decor is very pretty. Linens and pillows were clean, soft and decent quality. The price was decent for the stay.

Check in service was just OK. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Breakfast was MINIMAL and no options around there.

Breakfast was good & coffee too. The only issue I had was that the 1st room they gave us a key for had not been cleaned so I had to go back to check-in desk. The clerk did not apologize and acted like I was wasting his time to make him issue us a new Cleaned room.

Did not have any parking in the main parking area. Travel trailers took up all the spaces front desk said we had to park behind the building where there was no light or in a gravel pit down the road. We had valuables in the truck and didnt want the truck in an unlit area so my wife sleeped in the truck in the middle of the parking lot next to the trailers but not in a space in the middle of the drive way that was the only opition or in front of the front entrance. Room smelled like smoke and i was told it was a non-smoking room. Paid over 200 dollars for my wife to sleep in the parking lot room not worth 50 dollars at the most. I am being pretty nice on this review when we get home my wife plans on getting on the corporate wedsite and dropping the hammer to them about the stay. This was the only option to stay all other hotels were full and we needed to get some rest traveling 20hrs that day. Clean up your act.

This is a great hotel. The kids loved the water slide, but the bear and bucket features were not working. The chlorine was also super strong. It limited our time in the pool area. The room was very nice. It had an added room with a kitchenette and a pull out couch which our kids appreciated.

Liked the location and pool. Didn't like the room smell as it had dog odor with a flower scent to try to fover up the odor.

Room is very clean, beds are comfortable. Enough selections for breakfasts, happy with my stay!

Good property to stop for the night traveling

After a long day on the road, the grandkids were looking forward to spending time in the pool. It looked great, but there was too much chlorine and was unusable. Grand daughter had sore throat, grandson was coughing and my wife had problems breathing. When the staff was told, he just kinda shrugged it off. Other families experienced the same. Limited dining near by. We were able to use the laundry facility. Room was nice but the pool incident outweighed and other pleasantries.

Pricey stay for the quality. It was acceptable, but I'd go elsewhere if I were to pass through again.

This was such a cozy and personalized AmericInn! We loved the fireplace, the mounted wildlife, and the rooms had new carpet and felt super clean. Also great breakfast in the AM before we left.

We enjoyed our stay here while traveling through the area. Plenty of space in the room to spread out.

Nice hotel right off the highway. Breakfast was really good and the staff very helpful. Big room with lots of space.
