The front desk clerks were very nice. We appreciated the breakfast. Biscuits and Gravy were very good. Waffles, cereal, sausage, juices, chocolate milk, bagels, toast. Housekeeping was friendly. The hotel is a little outdated. Little musty smelling. Showers did not drain properly, the tub filled with water when showering.

We’ve stayed at this property a few times in Lady Smith Wisconsin since there is only two major hotels in the area close to our son, daughter in-law and grand babies,

first said Couldn't find my reservation then when I showed her on my phone she found it then charge my card three times and kept telling me it wasn't going yet on my end it was showing processed. Manager came in at 2:00 AM and fixed it. Room was filthy bed cover had blood dropped and stained urine. The bathtub was dirty I couldn't use the whirlpool in the room it was dirty and had hair from previous Person. Their air conditioner made clicking in and loud noises every time it came on. I checked out two days early they never said anything and never refunded my money for the other two days that I checked out early. I've stayed here years ago and it was great this is one of the worst experience and I would never recommend this place. Even when I checked out and gave them my room keys they didn't even acknowledge it. I paid for 4 nights I was only able to stay two cause I just couldn't do it anymore I wasn't sleeping I couldn't turn the lights off because I was afraid of what might come crawling out. I even went and bought a sleeping bag to sleep in

Very clean

Overall the stay was OK to Good. The room was fine. The bed was comfortable and cleanliness was ok. Our only disappointment as the poor quality of the towels and the breakfast. Our first day the 3rd shift person who was to make the hot food never did. When first shift came in an hour past the start of breakfast time, she had to hustle to get things in order. Many including us grabbed a banana or a bagel and left hungry. The quality of the breakfast was minimal.

Patricia, mrs. Moore. The sheets a nd beds are just fine. The rooms are s parkling clean We rarely see any staff so hard to rate them breakfasts ard slways fine. Nice to have the pool finally open. I imagine it takes a lot ofattention. I remember in our last stay, the bill had an unusual number of "special s er vices" added to the bill, taxes etc., which added at least 30 percent to the advertised rate. Overall stay was good. We had to move to a new room because of a stopped up sink. Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful.

After checking into a very awful motel near by and walking out, this place was a palace. It was nice and quiet, the room was clean, and the staff was friendly. Very glad I was able to book a room last minute.

Parking lot was well lit. Room was clean. Breakfast included hot offerings like sausage and waffles. Pool area was clean. Pool was comfortable, not cold.. Hot tub was actually hot and not just warm like some places we have stayed. Both were fully operational. Front desk staff at check in was the kindest guy. We've stayed here before and the remodel really makes a huge difference. Looks great!

Quiet little property

I found the bed very comfortable. WiFi was good to work remotely from my room. Breakfast was good.

This hotel has been remodeled since we were last there. Great improvements!! The bed was super comfortable, the room was spotless and check-in was a breeze. We didn't have the breakfast as we met my son in town to eat. All in all it was a great stay

It was quiet and the beds and pillows were so good. The thing I didn’t like was the pool wasn’t working.

Booked hotel because of pool and hot tub and get here and they are not working it is closed. Not worth the money that was paid.
