Amrit Ocean Resort and Residences - Singer Island

Clean & Sofisticated Hotel. I would most definitely stay again and again.

Very relaxing.

It’s a 5 star hotel with 3.5 star experience. It’s a new hotel, needs some help with management but it’ll be great in a year or two once they figure out their personnel issues. It’s worth staying there for the current price. Just don’t expect immediate services yet.

Excellent hotel 5 stars

Beautiful hotel on the beach. The beach access path was surprisingly difficult to find, more signage would be helpful.

We only had one problem. We were staying in the Residence and the washer worked but the dryer didn't. We met Mr. Sezgin, the general manager, and advised him of the issue. He said it would be taken care of but never heard from him or his staff agsin. The only blemish on a great stay.

First off this is advertised as a five star hotel. Maybe could be. Great property with ocean view and ocean access. Fabulous beach and beach amenities. Hotel seems under staffed. Bar area way under staffed at times with no help. Ralston did a great job running around on his own. First day check in under staffed and front desk Edgar short and a bit snarky. Probably because under staffed. Side ocean view not ocean view as advertised. Room temp control did not work properly we were freezing in the morning about 60-62 degrees thermostat set at 68-70. Said fixed but still did not work same issue everyday. Again great location nice look but not very good on the staffing side.

Just wanted to say that I really did expect a lot from this “beautiful beach front new wellness resort”. But in the end got nothing but a big disappointment and specially on my bday weekend. Not only did we not get any upgrade with a hotel being empty but hit a real attitude during check in process or anytime we tried to get anything done. Always heard a “No” to any request . Absolutely u professional stuff overall. No one knows what they are doing , always made us feel like we didn’t matter , room service was nowhere to be found after calling for 2 days. Spa that suppose to be a beautiful Expirience was extremely unorganized and dirty with towels and everything just on the floor. steam room didn’t even work. And to originally have a tour of the facilities you apparently have to wait for a next day, when it was completely empty inside. Restaurant unfortunately a big disappointment as well, had to wait for 2 hours to even get a first round of drinks for a bday brunch , while our server was a bartending at the same time and trying his hardest to remember where to go and what to do , they definitely need a new manager in place and more stuff. More overall well trained people in the hospitality industry. While the building itself is new and rooms are modern , it’s a completely mismanaged situation. I would give it 3 stars the top. Now i understand the price better. I think it has such a great potential but for some reason no one is interested in making it better!

Definitely NOT 5 star. Stayed in a residence suite. Had no housekeeping, NO kitchen supplies except coffee, one plate and 3 forks. Everything was extremely slow and service took forever. Nobody seemed to know what they were really supposed to be doing. We had one room key and was told that’s all we were allowed. Mind you, you need a key to access elevators. The list goes on. Don’t stay there.

My wife and I went to celebrate our 20th anniversary. I gotta tell you that my wife was blown away from the valet, the concierge and the beach bar. The room was impeccable with the greatest ocean view. We got a special champagne and cheese platter delivered to our room unexpected. That was our WOWWW moment… We will definitely go there… It was indeed the most beautiful place that we have not been… Professional STAFF and MANAGEMENT throughout the resort..

Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The heating does not work at this property. I was told that when the hotel was built they undersized the heating system. They are waiting to this to get fixed. They had no space heaters. My room wouldn’t get about 65 degrees my entire stay. The hotel was a solid 4 star hotel. Definitely not a 5 star

Nice hotel, great facilities. Nice employees that do not really know what to do. Needs new management and procedures urgently.

I love the Amrit! I initially booked a two week stay in one of the residences and I loved it so much, I am back for an entire month. It is heaven on earth. Run don’t walk

Way understaffed. Only one waiter in the only restaurant they have. Only one waiter for the two pools and lounge area. And only one housekeeper for the entire residences tower.

Great getaway hotel with a magnificent spa area.

Property is very nice. Singer Island is isolated so really just beach and condo's. Restaurant and Bar good, but not busy like a hotel; more hotel and bar of a high end condo where it may be more a second home than primary. Great facilities, great room, great location. A very nice condo and spa on the beach, 15 min from West Palm and 1hr 45min from Miami.
