Great stay 15 min walk from Disney

We stayed here for 1 night, then another 2 nights the following weekend. Check in the first night was fine. We had 2 king rooms. One of the rooms had blood on the sheets and toilet, so we were moved to another room. We requested to have rooms next to each other for our return trip, and the front desk lady told us it was guaranteed. The following stay the next weekend, we checked in early and held our bags at the front since the rooms weren’t ready. We were unable to get rooms even close together, despite it being the same lady who had previously guaranteed it. Once we got back after the rooms were ready, a manager was there so we asked about the situation. She scolded the front desk lady who had also apparently managed to check us in for the following day (Sunday), even though it was Saturday. We brought up the unclean rooms from our last visit and the manager just said “that’s too bad” and continued on her way. The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear everything above and to the sides. The bed in 101 is basically just a wooden board with how uncomfortable it is. Literally zero cushion. The bathroom door was damaged from hitting the toilet every time it opens or closes. The shower head was mounted at chest level, so not super easy to shower. All of the rooms were different. Different amenities, appliances, furniture. It was strange. Overall, I’ll be staying elsewhere next time. The pictures online make it look cute, but pictures are just pictures.

The area was clean and so was the room. The staff were also nice. One thing was that the room we got barely had a window. The window was very very small and no light came into the room, it kind felt like a box/prison. other than that, the room was nice and simple with a cute aesthetic.

I had blood stains on the bottom curtain of the bed . The mirrors had finger prints and the room smelled like dirty piping

Air conditioner was so loud all night long. Made sleeping very difficult.

The property itself was okay, definitely decent for the price and the service was good. The beds are terrible, it was probably one of our worst nights of sleep.

Super thin walls, not very clean, but was convenient for Disneyland.

We had a great view of the fireworks!

Updated, affordable and close to disney.

Stayed here a few years ago and it was a place that I didn’t think I would come back to. Well now they remodeled I am extremely impressed. Everything is so modern and updated. I will say though if traveling w/ girls, there is no room in the bathroom for countertop necessities. Only a 15 min walk to parks. They do charge $7 a day for parking, even though it’s advert online as free.

The hallway floors very dirty. The bathroom not properly cleaned. The stairs were to steep. The door was difficult to close. No laundry on site.

The property was clean as was the room!

I have booked several vacations through expedia and have never been let down before but this was the first time I was absolutely taken back about the property. It doesn't state that they charge for parking but its a $16 fee which was okay but would be nice to know prior hand. The cleanliness of the room was below the minimum, there was tape to hide the door frame which lead right to outside, there was cockroaches crawling and spiders hanging from the picture frames ( I took pictures) . We were so tired from traveling and couldn't cancel or rebook with another hotel and just had to endure it for our stay. The hotel is located in a busy intersection just a heads up! It was an easy walk to Disney however you will hear the cars which is no Control of the hotel itself. The rooms aren't sound proof and you can seriously hear everything the other person is doing next to you , not so private. I would save your trip and book with another and pass on this site !

It's a about a 4-5 minute drive to Disney, great customer service, good water pressure! It can be a bit noisy, being next to a busy road, but I wouldn't mind staying here again. For the price I got it, it was a good experience.

The room looked originally nice when you first walk in. But then the first thing you see as you close the door are stains coming down the back of it. The trim around the door was falling apart, with an attempted cover up using white duct tape. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable and you could hear everything in the rooms next door and above. It wasn’t a horrible stay but I wouldn’t come back again unless there were some upgrades like a functioning door that a breeze didn’t come through.

We only stayed one night & checked in very late, so I haven't experienced what it really feels like to stay for any real length of time, but based on our one night, I can definitely recommend this hotel. Every staff member we encountered was kind, helpful, & honestly so so great. The parking lot is small, but I think that's why they only allow one car per room. The room was clean & cute. I'm not normally comfortable in motels like this one, but I'd absolutely stay here again.
