The staff, cafe, restaurant, gardens, and suite were all such a delight. We will return for sure! I have a suggestion for the pool area. Being that the road next door is busy and loud, it would be beneficial for the hotel to place speakers about and play music to minimize the car traffic sounds.

The facility and grounds are lovely. The room was great, however, it was an ADA equipped room, which we didn't really need.

This place has what it takes to be a nice resort. Unfortunately they put us in a room next to the parking lot where employees were unloading storage containers of mattresses and other stuff. Not only was it noisy, it just ruined the feel of the place. I could see if they were totally booked up, or we booked through a discount website, but we did not. I don't understand why they would do that. I saw plenty of empty rooms in prettier areas of the property.
On a good note, we had dinner during the soft opening of the new restaurant by Charlie Palmer. The food was good and the presentation made it feel special.

I’ve always loved the landscaping and the outside aesthetics of the property. I’ve stayed in two other suites prior. This was our first time staying in this particular suite; although it was comfortable, slight wear & tear was noticeable in the bathrooms. I might sound a little neurotic but caulking used on the left corner by the mirror was purple, however, the bathroom paint was not purple. And in my opinion the light above the toilet was a little outdated, but as I mentioned, that didn’t prevent us from having a comfortable and relaxing stay. Loved the patio.

It was good. I was upgraded from a queen to king room. The room was perfect. Only thing I would recommend is a less noisy small refrigerator. In the middle of the quiet night the refrigerator humming is very loud.

We had a great time. The only downfall was both the restaurant and lounge were closed. We had a nice lunch at The Maison, that was great. Breakfast there was nice as well, but we were bummed we could not get a mimosa to take back to our room with our breakfast…all in all, we will be back!
