No soap or towels and when requested twice no response. It was pretty but no soap to wash your hands or towels

Perfect location

Booked and paid for room months ago. When I got there I was told I got upgraded, when in fact it was a far down grade. Once I saw the same room I had paid for because my other family was in it. Very disappointed in the lie from The company. And then to only give me 80 dollars back. The room was dirty, pee on the floor in the bathroom, grout smeared about the shower. Thanks for the upgrade.

Differently use again. Rooms where comfortable clean plenty of amenities. Restaurants and convenience stores with in a reasonable 2-5 minute walk.

Check in lasted a couple hours, housekeeping cleaning now, the estimated time question was answered Ill call housekeeping and let you know. Did not let us know. We sat for an hour and then asked again, after waiting in the line again which was as long as the room, I asked again, can you tell us when our room will be ready? She clicks on her computer some more, the housekeeping is just starting. I say what she told me last time, she gives me drink tickets for the bar. Cause that's really what my kids need right now after being up since 2AM traveling all day

Although we had some unforseen circumstances, the staff helped us through the entire process. Highly recommend.
