Did not like the air conditioning system. When you leave the room goes off and the same thing at night. When you come back to the room its 73 and the thermostat is set 66. Also gets to hot during the night. I'm guessing they think it's some green energy system but probably just another way to cut cost

It is clean, safe and convenient.

My first stay at this facility was excellent. No issues. This stay was not as pleasant. There was a group of children staying there and they were horrific! From 10pm to 1:30am they ran the hallways, sounded like they were moving furniture and vaped in the hallway. I notified staff at 10:30pm and again at 1:15am. I had family staying the floor below us and they complained about the noise violations as well. Very disappointing.

Clean rooms. Good location

The staffs are friendly. The room is clean. Need to work on the mold issue on the shower stall. The lights are way too bright. Wish it has a dimmer switch.

I didn't have air first night of my stay and was given a small ac unit that didnt do enough. I was helped with point to goto next purchase which was OK. My room sheets were not changed when left amd the air didnt work because of batteries in thermostat that should be something routinely checked

Nice room, but there was no closet in our room. Only hangers on the wall, I didn't care for that. I reserved a king room, but on arrival I was given a 1st floor room with 2 queen beds. Front desk said only pet rooms on 1st floor and no king room. No explanation when I told them you are a pet friendly facility, why could I book a king room if there are none for pets on the 1st floor.

The room was pretty small and would have benefitted from a sitting chair (it had an office chair). It had no rugs, which iIinitially thought was a great idea until I heard the guests above us---it sounded like they were doing an aerobics class! The lobby is very compact and included the kitchen station for the complimentary breafkast. Speaking of compact, the parking lot and spaces were small. We had difficulty backing out of our space because the car parked behind us was so close. The breakfast was okay, but nothing to write home about. All-in-all, we won't make an effort to stay at an Avid hotel again.

I asked for clean towels and sheets but they were not provided.

The front desk representative that checked us in was amazing, she was so kind and helpful! When there was a mix up with being re-charged for the room after booking and paying online, she got it fixed quickly and walked to the room to let us know. It’s a nice quiet area, the hotel was nice, our kiddo had the best time in the room and she loved the beds; her and all her stuffies were happy being able to lay down and watch scooby doo. Quick and easy check in and check out process.

It was clean enough, but it smelled of dirty socks and bad body odor. The floor I was on had two doors that looked like they were kicked in and another room was missing the door handle.

We have stayed at this property four times in the last two+ years and have been happy with the service and the quality of the rooms. Quiet and very comfortable. The materials selected for the rooms is easy to clean and gives confidence that the room is hygienic.

Nice room. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The pillows absolutely suck though.

Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out on our side of the building. We were not alerted to an issue and just had to have lukewarm showers. Too bad the staff didn't think it was a priority to either notify guests or give alternate room options as the hotel was not full.

The breakfast the first morning was great. The second day not so much.
