I like the fact that it’s not just the place that’s pet friendly but also the staff too! However, I gave 4 stars for the service because I had booked 2 rooms and tried both phones in the rooms to contact front desk directly but I only got 2 rings then busy tone, because I was looking for the microwave that says “in-room” before I booked our stay but turns out they only have one which is in the breakfast area but overall, it was a decent stay.

The location was great. It is just off the highway enough to escape the traffic noise

The property is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

LOVE STAYING HERE, QUITE, CLEAN ROOM & CLEAN BATHROOM. BLUE IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND SHE WELL HELP YOU OUT WITH ANYTHING.

The staff was awesome! We needed a late check-out and they were super nice and accommodating about the situation. The room itself was nice... a little small, but very clean and felt comfortable. Would highly recommend this place!

The shower floor was dirty, stained, dirty walls in the bathroom

Aside from broken ice machine everything else was great. They had a bag of ice instead lol

Get clean quiet spot , bed was very comfortable Coffee and breakfast was nice . I like the fact they have vinyl flooring

Clean room, friendly staff.

I got to the property and checked in okay. I got to the room and there was paint all over the floors. I let the staff know. They asked to move me but I declined. I drove all night and did not want to move my stuff again. I woke in the morning to find that there was attempted charges by the hotel for $57+ on two separate occasions that occurred the morning of checkout. When I asked about it, first they didn’t know. When I showed the transaction, she remembered…. Then said it was an error that she fixed. Again, I don’t have the energy to argue with people at my age. I just left.

The room had a musty odor.

Could do without the cockroachs in the shower and the bathroom. ! The shower floor was also quite slippery. Had to be careful

Like the location, poor staff, poor communication regarding payment, book this hotel, was not aware of pet fee it did not say anything when i book my rooms, the rooms was not completely clean hair on the night stands, barhroom sink was dirt shower was half clean and walls were dirty. I would not stay at this location ever again. For this hotel to be only 7 years old the up keeping is very poorly and housekeepers are very lazy including the front desk staff and asking a question they act as i was bothering them because they didn’t want to work. Ill give this entire hotel and staff a three out of ten.
