Nice room. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The pillows absolutely suck though.

Unfortunately, the hot water heater went out on our side of the building. We were not alerted to an issue and just had to have lukewarm showers. Too bad the staff didn't think it was a priority to either notify guests or give alternate room options as the hotel was not full.

The breakfast the first morning was great. The second day not so much.

Shower had huge crack in floor wasn’t all that clean of room and amenities not great for newer hotel. Breakfast was not great and not kept up with in mornings. Running out of food and long wait for more. Should be prepared for weeknd traffic at the breakfast hours

Great cheaper hotel bed very comfortable and shower was nice. I slept great

The floor in my room clearly had not been cleaned between guests. Stains and dirt on the entryway floor and a used Band-Aid stuck on the floor next to my bed. Will not stay here again.

My favorite place to stay when I’m there and the staff and facility is top notch!

Area was clean and well maintained. Rooms were standard size but were clean and modern. Breakfast was standard hotel food and was warm and tasty.

Amazing

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and room were very clean. I liked that the rooms have no carpet. My favorite thing was the blinds roll down and are on a track that completely covers the window so there was no parking lot lights. Unlike other hotels with the crappy curtains that won’t stay closed. Coffee was readily available when I got up at 5am

Check in with Latisha was amazing. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

3rd time at this property as location is convenient to where our dogs vet clinic is. Room unfortunately was very dirty, hair on the floor in both the bathroom and general floor. May opt to look at another location in the future for our next visit to Cincinnati.

There was litter in front of the main entrance, our room smelled of cigarettes, the fridge had not been emptied of previous guests’ food. Front desk staff were on their phones. Barely looked up during check in. Just seems like they don’t care.

Hotel seemed newer - had some really nice features and a very decent breakfast offering. Would not hesitate to book here again if traveling for work to the same area.

Stayed at the hotel during our trip for a wedding. Very neat, great service and 2 minutes to highway access.
