Went there with 3 different families lack of staff we asked for 2 pillows never got them we were told they didnt have any. Thwy closed the lobby for a adults only party and then a pool party. Not sure what happens but i was told it gets wild. The party made the fire alarm go off at 1am woke everyone up, when i called they just laughed it off. Never again good try.

Beds were so comfy

In spite of the construction it was very nice. The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful.

The building was amazing. The pool (hit tub) was supposed to be adults only after ten pm. Could not get into the hot tub at 1015 due to all of the kids. When we finally were able to, there were no towels available. On friday night we met our friends at the bar the female bartender was more interested in serving the male patrons while my girlfriend and i sat empty for quite some time without being acknowledged or served. Come to find out the other bartender on was drinking with her friends in the lobby and not assistsing the one bartender. Sunday morning wanted to purchases a beverage from shop and waited at the front desk for 10 minutes with no service before returning the beverages to the fridge and not purchasing them as no one was available to pay. Both nights and mornings you were woken up by children running kn the halls continuously and also in the rooms above for well over 2 hours in the early morning hours. The rooms were great. Bed was comfy however the service and ability to control other guests was lackluster at best.

We stayed the weekend with youth hockey. I get kids will be kids but past midnight was unacceptable!

My stay was great. They did not clean my room the first night. Not sure why.

Hot tub and pool was nice

From arriving at the hotel to our departure 6 days later it was a very enjoyable experience. The reception staff on arrival and departure were extremely professional and courteous. The bedroom had everything needed for a holiday. Comfortable bed, large bathroom and well equipped! Totally recommend!

The staff at reception were extremely helpful. Our room was great, comfy beds , lovely and clean. All the staff were pleasant and friendly, absolutely no complaints. We really had a great trip.

We spent a week in this hotel and we can say that the beds are very big and comfortable! This is a very cosy hotel!

Excellent hotel, very friendly and kind personel. The room was big enough for a couple and the bed very comfortable. The shower was clean as well.

Nice place if the water park was up and running it would make it more worth the cost of the room. Building one parking is a little sketchy.
