I simply love staying at Baymont in Acworth. You just couldn't ask for a better set of owners. And the lady that does the accommodations is super sweet and very helpful and when you need anything she will make sure it is taken care of within means. I would recommend Baymont of Acworth to anyone. The rooms go up and beyond what you would expect for the price.

The accommodations were very good. Due to the Covid-19 the conversation with the front desk was extremely limited and the morning check-out with a person did not exist. This was a nice location and minutes from places to eat.

This is a good deal. It's right off the interstate. The guy who owns it is a really jolly guy. His energy is truly a reason to stay here by itself. His wife and others could learn from him. Their invasiveness & lack of respecting other's personal space , trying to look into my hotel room, while staying there was the only negative. The hotel is a great deal though. Fast interstate access. Literally, 1 minute off exit. Lake Atworth , fishing by the dam is just 5 or so minutes down the street. I caught some bass while there after a quick ride to the next exit for Cabela's. THere's an ingles grocery store just on the other side of the exit . A Publix about another 2 minutes away with a few fast food & mid-level restaurants. Downtown Atworth, by the lake, has a few other quality restaurants. For all the big stores, drive 10 minutes and get on Cobb Parkway. Everything is there, literally. And oh wait, there was a problem. Some of these places like this for some reason have channels that are in Spanish. Not sure if its' a good deal they got and not willing to pay the extra for english or just catering toa differetn demographic.

The towels were filthy and covered in stains after they claimed to "wash" them, stains on the comforter and sheets smelled musty. Bathrooms were dirty with urine around the toilet and i didnt feel comfortable showering with my shoes off so i kept them on. I opened a drawer and found old molded yogurt. The place is filthy just stay somewhere elese!!!!

There was no breakfast as advertised. Room smelled like mold. The air worked very well, kept the room nice and cold. The wet from the condenser leaked on the inside of the room. You have to use a tiny, unmarked window to check in. Maid was crabby and abrupt. No smiles to be found here. I won't waste my money here again, I'd rather sleep in my car. I am surprised Wyndham has their name anywhere around here.

The room was full of flies and gnats. The toilet seat was broken. The shower did not work. The water was literally just a trickle. No trash can in the room . The refrigerator was not clean and freezer had frozen bottles of water that had been left there for quite some time. The air conditioning didn’t work. I feel like I should have been refunded. I will not be returning. If you book online you won’t be able to get a refund. Very disappointed.

This hotel is horrible and should be shut down. It was dirty and unclean. It smelled like urine. The room was not at all acceptable. The windows were broken, the bathroom door was broken, the shower wasn’t clean, the shower curtain was moldy, it smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking room, there was food left in the fridge and the ac didn’t work well.

After started to file complaint to Hotels.com was told oh no dont do that i have a room for you. Long time later and horrible experience got a room. Broken security lock. Dirty room. Stained linnen. Shampoo and conditioner over half empty.

The room was clean but they hadn’t refreshed the amenities. There was no Kleenex there was no there wasn’t even soap or shampoo there. That room was supposed to be non-smoking but it had a smoke smell. Not strong but it was there. There was only one person on duty for that entire hotel this was not adequate staffing by any means. Apparently there was a large crowd the evening before and they hadn’t completed cleaning up all of the garbage that was strewn around. That manager should’ve had the ability to call help to get that taken care of immediately. I can only recommend this hotel as a last minute stop over at this point. Until they upgrade their staffing there is a very large problem here.

The Customer Service was excellent. Not much more to be thrilled about. Was missing a couple of light bulbs. The property owners are wealthy, but do little to keep up the condition since it's government subsidized. You get what you pay for I guess.

Not a great experience, beginning with check-in. Lobby was closed for some reason, so I had to use the night window. Took several uses of the bell to get anyone's attention, and the woman who finally appeared seemed annoyed at my presence. Got to my room and found the following to be missing: TV remote, ironing board, light bulb over sink, soap and bathmat. Very nice lady who was cleaning nearby rooms hooked me up with soap and a remote but couldn't otherwise help me. During all of this, the local police showed up and took one of the other tenants out in handcuffs. As for the room itself, the carpet had obviously not been vacuumed for days, nor had the bathroom floor been mopped. Some areas had not been dusted for a while, to include the top of the HVAC unit, which was the final resting place for some long-deceased flies. On the plus side, the appliances worked well, the shower was nice, there were good dining and shopping options nearby, and the location was relatively quiet, given its proximity to I-75. Bottom line, if I had not prepaid for this room and had other options, I would never have stayed here. Nor will I ever again.

The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly and pleasant. The room was disgusting. I found hairs on my bed. The couch had multiple stains on it and the door lock was broken. I pushed the nasty couch against the door. Broken handles on the dresser. Go one exit north to stay! This place is a dump

The rooms weren’t what one would expect “clean” to be. There was a pair of dirty socks in the corner of the room (presumably from a previous guest) dirt on the floor and some kind of liquid on the table next to the bed. The room smelled like smoke. Just a generally unpleasant stay. They can do better!
