We were here for a long weekend. One of the main things I will give them credit for is being willing to allow my husband's medical supplies to be shipped and delivered a day before our stay. This was a huge benefit for us and we are grateful. The hotel is clearly a bit run down with peeling paint, broken items, but the attempt to keep it clean was evident. Staff were all friendly and the area was good. Many places to get gas, groceries and food nearby. Easy access to the interstate was also a plus. We only made it to the free breakfast once and it was very limited but coffee, juice, a couple of cereals, a waffle maker and some hot pocket like breakfast options were available to microwave, better than nothing. Would it be my 1st choice to stay again? Not necessarily but it worked for our needs this time.

WiFi was very weak, especially in the evening. Shower water would go from hot to cold at random. Walked across carpet in white socks and carpet was extremely dirty.

This location was one of the most run down, update needed Baymont Inn amd Suites i have EVER been in.
Desk person was quoting $250-300 a night to walk in customers because they were nearly full.
He was amazed by my rate (bookwd a week in advance) that was 1/3 the price. And still WAY OVERPAID.
Room needed a LOT of remodeling and painting furniture was damaged. Couldnt adjust hot/cold on shower.

Wasnt worth $50 ! Night.. 3rd floor room s.elled like smoke and aas a non smoking location. I told desk about it.
Had to climb outside stairs to 3rd floor - no elevator.
Stairs and railings covered in bird poop.. disgusting.
I have NEVER given a bad review on a hotel, until this one.

overall was nice. they do not disclose upon booking anything about a $100 deposit tho. you do get it back but would’ve been nice to know about before hand. other than that it was decent. elevator was terrifying looking tho.

The front desk rep was not kind and her tone was not very customer service facing. Hotel is old and could use updating. Newer hotels priced the same are in walking distance to this hotel. Hotel room had pet odor. We choose not to switch rooms due to dealing with front desk rep.

We had a very dirty room. Found hair clumps in the bathroom floor & hairs in the shower right as we arrived as well as a partially painted door. Mold was also in the bathroom & I am allergic. Did not want to even shower here. We could see greasy spots on the headboards on the beds where other people's heads were- probably while sitting up to watch tv. The plus side was that the sheets & towels were clean & the breakfast selection was surprisingly larger than expected.

Checked in and 1st room smelled so bad. There were issues with keypad in rooms so took awhile to check-in but handled quick for 1 staff person. 2nd room smelled betrer and cleaner. Decent for low cost overnight or 2 day stay.

Heat didn't work in either room offered. Third room offered was nasty. Wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. Very strong smell of marijuana in the rooms. People sitting in cars in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe
