Friendly and efficient Host checked us in & answered our questions about property amenities. Breakfast was available and hot, & the dining area was clean. Plenty of seating nooks in the lobby for visiting with friends. Our room waa clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay.

The Host checking guests in was very efficient and friendly. When I requested an extra towel for our daughter, he was quick to offer one. The lobby was well-lit and offered a seating area for conversing with local friends. Breakfast was hot and ample.

We checked in kinda late but had no problems. Our room was great with easy access by a side door. Am anticipating a tasty breakfast in the morning!!

Breakfast could be better ( powder eggs) sausage is good coffee is hot so um there us that but overall its a great location be sure to check out the mall not many of those left these days

The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart, there was hair in the tub and along the sink before we even used anything. There were blood splatters on the wall and on the glass on the paintings, there were stains on the bathroom towels and we were unsure if they were actually clean or dirty. There was very little staff present. So when we were checking out the lady working the desk was also running around to fill food back up for breakfast and the desk was left unattended for easily 5 minutes.

Check in was good. Person at the desk was very hard to understand. After a long day of physical training in 90+ degree weather I was told my room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator wasn’t working. Close to 60 yrs of age and two bad knees I certainly wasn’t happy about that. Room was decent enough however there was a blood stain on the side of bed and I’m not a picky guy and found this disgusting. Breakfast was highly disappointing. All I wanted was a good glass of apple or orange juice but machine wasn’t working. Also wanted a waffle however that machine was out of order as well. Like I said I’m not a picky guy but when others that I was training with stayed there too and complained about the same issues my thought was I’m writing my first review ever. Stay somewhere else if you can.

Elevator broke 2 days into a 4 night stay, and we were on the 3r floor. Condition of property was disappointing, the rooms were clean but the halls and stairwells had been neglected. Halls would smell like food cooking, lots of spices in the air, which usually smelled pretty good, but your hotel shouldn't smell like that.

Carpets in the property need deep cleaning. AC worked marginally the first night, but failed during the day (while we were out engaged in activities). Friendly manager attempted to reset the AC unit, but it didn't respond. We were able to switch rooms, which had a good working AC unit, thankfully. Good enough breakfast, but this property needs refurbishing!!! Good price, but very rough around the edges.

Good location for outlet shopping, but not anything else. Property was clean, but poorly kept up. And there were no spoons or cereal at breakfast. Poor planning on their part.

We told them our TV didn't work about 7 -8 times and they didn't do anything but give us a new remote but that wasn't the problem. They just looked at us like we were crazy.

On check in the lady at the front desk could not speak clear English. There was no info given about property amenities. The door of my room was stuck, I had to shoulder it open. It was raining, so water drained on you from the rain gutter entering the building, there was no down spout from the roof. TV was disappointing
