The shower drain was plugged, so it flooded the bathroom. The room and the hallway had a stange odor. The room was old and of need of updating.

Very nice

The first room had a TV that did not work. So they gave us a new room later that night. While we were out we bought some drinks to put in the fridge. Well when they gave us a new room. The fridge and one of the TVs had been stolen. Or that was what we were told. It is an older place that needs some updating and some kind of security if people are walking out with TVs and refrigerators.

No towels, no toilet paper in room. Trash on the floor. Was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Won’t stay there again. Nasty!

Needs updates

It was dirty we had to change room due to toilet not working. I rsvp 2 king rooms and they didn’t have them. The breakfast was not good busicuts was hard as rock. They closed breakfast real early on Sunday at 9 they didn’t clean rooms every day just replaced towels It stinked in the halls

Staff was very friendly & accommodating! The room was clean - beds were comfortable - sink & shower had water drip & the room smelled bad.

Very friendly front desk staff Pam and Camilla Stephanie are very nice

The area around the building is clean the rooms were nice accommodating the only thing that I did not like or care for was that the pushiness and rushness of the staff to get out of the room just to get out of the room and then still continue to charge our card $25 for a late stay when it wasn't a late day if you stay here I'd just suggest you be up on time

Breakfast area was disappointing.... General area was unkept in the breakfast nook

Friendly staff!

I didn’t like how I had a couple staying next to me who were yelling slamming doors it sounded like a grudge match in their room. It scared me and upset me. I guess they were drunk

The toilet broke and when we called and asked for maintenance they said they don’t have a maintenance guy but we were welcome to come grab a plunger and try and fix it ourselves. Toilet broke 4 times. The housekeeping only came by once the 5 days we were there and even then they just grabbed trash, put out some washcloths, and threw our comforter across bed- didn’t even make bed. When asked if they could do a later checkout they refused. Pool water was cloudy and cold. Breakfast was nearly empty when we attempted to check it out. Only had waffle mix powdered eggs and cold sausage. I liked the pillows, area seemed safe, hvac worked and good water pressure with hot water.

Hot breakfast stopped at 8:17am in the aspect the lady told a few guests she already shut off the oven so she wouldn’t have any more food although breakfast goes until 9am. Coffee was empty and a guest had to convince her to make another pot which she did but dragging her feet along the way with her demeanor and comments. Room: 3 light bulbs out in bathroom only 1 worked. Toilet paper holder broken and piece just left on counter. Shower was gross dirty. Under the headboard had garbage and was dirty under there (know because dropped something to pick it up and unfortunately had to see it). The lady was busy talking in back about non work related topics to check out. The smell was musty. The night front desk staff was awesome and extremely personable ! The morning one was quite unpleasant.

Breakfast food was constantly empty despite checking multiple times. No bedding service in 3 days, requested and was told no blankets were available.

Room key didn’t work. Toilet and bathtub dirty. No shower curtain.

Upon arrival, the front desk attendant wasn’t friendly, when giving us our keys she said our room # out loud not once but several times. Property is very dated, elevator very slow, carpet in halls and room looked dirty. When we got to our room, we found the only thing we had to sit on other than the bed was a desk chair, which was broken also no luggage rack in the room. Didn’t have an abundance amount of channels to choose from on TV but enough, however, no sleep timer on the remote. We were there three nights, desk chair was never replaced nor was a luggage rack ever provided. Upon arriving back to room for our 2nd night, found maid service had only removed dirty towels and trash, and left ONLY ONE set of clean towels. Had to go to front desk for another set of clean towels, bath mat, soap, toilet paper and tissues. That 2nd night the front desk attendant was much more friendly, however, she two said our room #’s out loud. For safety reasons I was always told this was a no no. She did apologize for the maid not making up our room and would make sure we got full maid service the next day. However, when we arrived for our 3rd night again bed was not made, trash cans were emptied, and dirty towels were gone, but NO clean towels left. So back to the front desk we went. Besides the lack of service, we heard all the traffic from the street throughout the night. If we didn’t giggle the flusher on the toilet just right it would continue to run and we had to play with the

We had 3 rooms. 1 was missing a tv and didn’t have an alarm clock. The towels had a very bad smell. The staff was great.

It was worth it
