Front desk staff is great, and very attentive to everyone’s needs. Grounds were well maintained, staff take pride in their work. Bar service & food were fresh and delicious. Prices were reasonable.

The property needs some updates. Great concept just out of date and needs a really good cleaning. Everywhere from the bathrooms near the pools, up to the bed rooms. The mate in the bathtub had black mildew all under it. Dishes in the cabinet are dirty. You cant walk barefooted with out dirt. And that was upon our arrival. I take my shoes off at the door. The rugs need a good washing or at best a really good vacuum. The beds aren't horrible but spring mattress arent the way to go now adays. Lots of pillows which is a plus! After i made my reservation online i received an email from the hotel stating there will be a $200 deposit. When we get there to check in she tells me its $250. I showed here the email so she did only place the $200 deposit which was nice! On a positive note the view from our room which was on the 21st floor oceanfront was amazing! The coffee maker needs to be replaced. I cleaned it before i tried using it this morning. Start it and white calcium rocks came out all in the pot. So we had to wait till 8am for the coffee shop to open and buy coffee instead. So no coffee and sunrise for me this morning.

I love this place. Be sure to get a room above the 3rd floor if you are ocean side out you just get a view of the trees and not the ocean

When I got there I had two queen beds that I didn’t pay for and the next morning the drains were clogged in the bathroom. When I went to the front I talked to someone they made it right by giving me what I for which was a king deluxe room that was very nice. All staff was friendly and they made you feel welcome. The hotel and area was very clean.

I had to change rooms 3 times, due to a leak in the first room from the sprinkler system and the bathroom fan falling as soon as I turned on fan. The second and third change was due to dirty rooms and mold in the shower. I booked a 2 night stay and left after the first night. I do not recommend this property.

The room layout was nice but the unit was filthy. The floors were not vacuumed at all. There was a sock from a past guest. There were plastic tags from clothing tags on the floor. The bathroom was not nice. The shower grout was black in places. The shower curtain was moldy and the the rod rusted. The towel rack fell off the wall as the brackets were coming off the drywall. There was a puddle of rusty water under the phone. The property was nice. We liked the pools and outside bar which had good food. We loved having the lazy river, but there was no enforcement of the rules whatsoever, and all 3 times we used it, it was chaotic. It was definitely not a lazy river with kids and teens swimming, jumping, screaming, pushing past, running on the center island, jumping in and out, etc. The property seemed well maintained, just not the room. The surrounding area was nice. The location convenient.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and they accommodated us in a different type of room cheaper than the one that we paid for. We complained about it and on the following day they moved us to the correct one which was not clean enough. It was disappointing.
The exterior of the resort is beautiful and enjoyable!

The room layout was great, but it needs a deep cleaning. Fridge was actually off and did not cool our food. Once deep cleaning and new linens are complete - the room will be amazing.

The room was not clean and it’s smell a lot like marijuana. The bathrooms did not have the essentials. The towels were not brought in until the third day housekeeping did not go into clean the rooms,No Toiletries.
