Our room at Beach Haus Bal Harbour was excellent. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony and views were great. Check in was simple and the staff was great. Would definitely recommend.

The Beach Haus is a hidden gem! The room was perfect for two of us with lots of space. We had the pool all to ourselves. Parking was convenient and it was a five minute walk to the beach (with daily chair service!) The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was a great choice for our family escapade with two young adult kids. Beach Haus gave us just the right combination of togetherness and space in a beautiful location. The nearby beach is gorgeous. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The staff is helpful and unobtrusive. Made me want to come back and check out the other locations.
I was a little worried about noise from the freeway, but the windows are top notch and our apartment was very silent.

We had a very disappointing experience at this property. It was not clearly stated during booking that there is no reception or on-site staff, and we received no instructions in advance on how to self-check-in. This caused unnecessary confusion upon arrival.
The worst part of our stay happened at check-out. Due to an unexpected issue with lost car keys, we were slightly delayed in leaving. Instead of understanding the situation, a man claiming to be the owner aggressively banged on the door and demanded that we leave immediately. His behavior was threatening and made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
A more professional and hospitable approach would have made a huge difference. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this place.

Location, location, location. Very easy walk to the beach. Very nice beach chairs, umbrellas and towels. Perfect for a beach vacation. The room is large and comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Washer and dryer in the room

The staff wasn’t very helpful, the pool was not clean and seems run down basically the property was outdated. Hard to get extra towels, soaps etc and filtered water wasn’t in a common area accessible at all times.

The quiet and calmness what I expected happily. watching some of the most beautiful yachts entering into the Atlantic Ocean at an inlet like nothing I’ve seen. The ocean was warm and Caribbean green. You could see your toes under the water! You are accommodated on the beach immediately chairs, tales umbrellas, and if you want, you can either order food from the neighboring hotel so my opinion, it was exactly what I wanted and what I needed it and price you can’t compare in that area literally!

Very convenient accommodations. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants, easy access to the beach with chair setup. The only thing missing is a pool setup as it is small and unheard.

The major issue was the terrible quality of the mattress. It was very, very uncomfortable, and for this reason we will not be returning to this facility. Other more minor issues were the small amounts of pillows and towels provided and the lack of even a small freezer in the mini-fridge.
