Really nice

This hotel looks exactly like the photos show. It had a great ambience and very quiet.

The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet! A bit pricey but we made the reservation a bit late since this time of year is very busy in that area. I will definitely go back if needed.

Untold is a great hotel in the heart of the Berkshires. I will definitely b coming back Friendly staff and cozy restaurant on site We were able to book r stay 15 minutes b 4 r arrival. Thank goodness, we weren't sure at the time which hotel we wanted to stay at

Very quiet and safe

Loved the entire vibe of the property. Decor, ease of check in / out.

The property is new and shows promise, but unfortunately it lacks attention to several important details that significantly impacted our stay. We checked out around midnight and found the self check-in process to be functional, but not intuitive. The instructions provided were unclear and incorrect—we were assigned room 219 and told it was on the first floor, which it was not. There was no signage to help locate the stairs to the second floor, and at night, the room numbers were difficult to read. With no staff contact available during those hours, it made for a frustrating and exhausting experience. The room itself presented further challenges. The air conditioning unit was quite loud and installed so close to the bed that accessing the lamp light switch required physically climbing over the bed. The Apple TV device was loosely mounted, hanging from the television, and the main power switch for the room was unresponsive. While the bathroom appeared well-designed, there was a slight odor that detracted from the overall impression. I mentioned the lack of signage to the clerk during checkout, but have yet to receive any follow-up. I hope the management takes these comments constructively, as it would be unfortunate to see a well-priced, previously enjoyable option fall short due to easily addressable issues. At present, I do not plan to return, but I sincerely hope improvements are made, as the potential is certainly there.

It was an older motel, remodeled recently. It was a mini-vacation, a great place and great food.

Rooms are lovely, modern, new, including great bathroom. Love that they have TV streaming with many apps including Netflix, but much more. Rooms facing the highway hear the car noise, although it is not terrible. Absolutely great value for the price.

It is a great property, excellent vibe, very clean and the staff were wonderful. I loved everything about it. My only suggestion would be to see if the windows can be opened in order to get fresh air in the room. However we made do with the ac and heater which worked really well. We loved the place and would come back again.

Nice area nice room cute place

The hotel is cozy and charming. The rooms are well-appointed. The staff was great. Easy check-in, check-out. The bar is well stocked and they offer free (real) coffee in the morning!

Power went out while blow-drying my hair. Not great on a snowy wet day to have half wet hair. Beds were pretty soft and limited tv channels. However, vibe, look, products, service, location, coffee all were 5 star.

Really great value and great vibe, atmosphere here. Drove by this place a million times. Never knew it was here.

Love the decor, amazing value for price

A beautiful hotel and close to where I needed to be. Excellent price! Nice staff. The only thing that could be better is a coffeemaker in the room. You can get complimentary coffee in the lobby though. Recommend this hotel!!!
