The staff at check in was friendly and very helpful. The location is great..close to beach which was the best. The only negative is that the air conditioning unit is very loud.

We were right next to the beach. There were cabanas to rent. The breakfast was good with pancakes toast sausage eggs fruit cereals. The bed was comfortable and daily room service was excellent.

Stayed the night before a cruise. Very close and easy to get to port parking. Hotel is right next to pier and at the beach. Good breakfast.

It was okay. The family suite was small. The pull out sofa was extremely uncomfortable. The shower drain didn’t work, bathroom was very small. Outdated room. Service wasn’t great, they never come and clean your room during the stay and replenish towels/ toiletry. Only good thing was the hot breakfast incl during the stay.

Our original room wasn’t very good but we asked for and paid for an upgrade and were moved to another building that had a balcony with a view of the ocean. Staff were very friendly and helpful!

The advertising is misleading. I was disappointed that I paid so much for basically a motel. If you upgrade to a suite you are in the 5 floor hotel. If not, you will be in a 2 story motel building. With a pool and bar between them. The breakfast is located in the suite hotel building. Check in is a separate building. The facility is outdated. The laudry room is coin operated and has a door that will lock you in. The room is oudated. The drain cover in the shower would not stay in place whileshowering. The chairs were dirty and stained. My husband had to lay on the floor to plug in the air/heating unit in my sister in law's unit. The ice machine was empty. They hotel called to tell us to call if you need anything, but no one answers when you call even though there are 2 to 4 people at the check in desk. The location is convenient, but there are better facilities that are of better value. Very disappointed.

Very clean. Nice breakfast close to beach (steps away). Parking right in front of room. Restaurants within walking do. Favorite was fish camp. Great food reasonably priced. Pool gad bar service
