Best Western Franklin Town Center Hotel & Suites

Supposed to have free breakfast but baskets were empty. Every morning all 4 days. Asked every morning if theres bread or fruit or yogurt that can be put out and the 4 days we stayed there, she always said “no sorry”. Couldnt walk next door to grocery store for some toast or fruit….? It rained all weekend and water pouring in through window. AC unit soaked, carpet soaked. Building being old didn't bother me, the terrible service for breakfast that never got corrected bothered me.

Hotel was great. we were there for a baseball tournament. only thing i would suggest is for them to get a bit more help in the morning during breakfast hours. the girl at the front desk was great but she was alone attending the front desk and replenishing the breakfast area. She needed an extra pair of hands.

In town for a baseball tournament at Franklin Ranch Community Park and this was by far the best hotel in town.

Okay for a quick stay

Staff member was not friendly or pleasant when asking for another pillow. We were told they did not have a single other pillow to give us. Checked out pool at check in to notice it was very dirty looking and looked not well maintained. Room was not as pictured on the website, it’s not bad but definitely not was advertised. Room seems fairly clean but has a musty smell to it. We were put in a room facing out to the front of building and had people in the parking lot hanging out and screaming until 11pm now. It is loud enough to keep us awake so surprised the lady at the front desk who was rude to us for asking for a pillow isn’t rude to them about making excessive noise! Definitely was not worth the money and isn’t one of the most pleasant stays we have had.

Hotel is clean, but they are undergoing a renovation. Comfortable economy hotel.

TERRIBLE AVOID AVOID AVOID. The bed matters is “protected “ with a PLASTIC case which makes it impossible to sleep. All hotels in the world have mattress protectors THAT are breathable and let you sleep . It is obvious that the hotel owners have never tried to sleep in their beds .

Great hotel on Hwy 79. Currently renovating the hotel so some areas arent completed but it did not affect the experience and quality of the stay. Very quiet and clean rooms. We had 2 rooms for 1 night. Staff even recommend a great restaurant. Only negative was the only staff member at check in was outside smoking so we had to wait to check in. We left before breakfast but it seemed it would be a standard continental breakfast.

Hotel is under reconstruction but property is kept clean and staff was helpful.

hotel was under renovation. put us in an incomplete room. stunk like carpet glue? no blackout curtains . bright business lights shining in room. mattress was the worse one we ever had. breakfast was very, very minimal. not good.

Property is being renovated. Clean and comfortable beds. Could’ve used more light in the bathroom.

Was in town for a basketball tournament..was very convenient as far as traveling back and forth..Even though the hotel was under construction it was still nice.Rooms were nice,beds were alittle uncomfortable but it was manageable.I didnt like that i was woke up by housekeeping twice,even though i opted for a late check out.Apparently they forgot and continued to knock on the door,which caused me to get up earlier than planned.

Needed a place to stay for two nights while watching some ball games. This hotel served the purpose well. It was clean comfortable, and quiet......all we wanted and needed. Breakfast was sufficient and there was a good little grill across the street with good food for other meals.

Front desk employee was very helpful, but the hotel is in the process of being remodeled. Construction dust, paint splotches and fumes. :( I'm sure it will very nice in a month or two.

It’s being renovated, which isn’t a big deal, and it felt clean, but I feel bad for how shoddy the workmanship is. Terrible paint job and placement of the faucet on the sink—if it’s not on full blast, it’s going to get water everywhere on the countertop. Otherwise it was fine! There was a 6AM train that came through on Saturday morning, so that was annoying. But not a huge deal.

The train runs right next door. 5am wake up Friday morning. Hotel is under renovation.
