The location is the best thing about this hotel—it’s perfectly situated for sightseeing, especially if you want to visit the museums at Museum Campus. We walked to those museums as well as the Art Institute, Sears Tower, the Riverwalk, and more. There are many good dining options nearby as well. The room was clean, but housekeeping only came once in our 3-night stay. We would stay here again, especially since the location is so perfect.

The staff was amazing and super helpful. The valet parking was a fantastic bonus. The facility was clean and modern and located in a beautiful spot for the price. All around A experience.

Amazing hotel! I travelled alone for the first time and felt so safe. The staff were very polite & always happy to help. There was always someone around tidying the lobby, providing water or checking the lift cleanliness etc.
The room was spotless and a very good size.
The location is 2 minutes away from a bus to the loop & 5 minute walk from the train. This was a brilliant stay and I couldn’t have asked for more! :)

Property is very dated and needs updating. It’s clean and staff are helpful. Great bakery next to it which you can enter without leaving the building. This can get very busy at breakfast time and isn’t cheap but is very good. Right opposite Grant Park which is huge and busy so feels safe even after dark. Few mins walk to Roosevelt station away the park which is on 3 lines so easy to get about the city from there.

There were many things that were in poor condition during my stay at this hotel including:
- HVAC system being completely unreliable, poorly installed, and not responding to settings.
- Some gym equipment was completely inoperable and seemed to have been that way for a long time.
- Room was not clean upon arrival, including a left over washcloth under the bed.
- Shower bar was falling down, cracked tile
- Paint coming off the bathroom door

Good location. Bathroom is not vented so the whole room steams up or smells, desk chair broken, no shelf in shower for soap and stuff, towels thin and coarse. Not very clean even after daily housekeeping - long hair on bathroom floor despite guest being bald. Fitness room was useless, equipment didn’t work properly.

the front desk person was great. The TV and remotes in the room did not work...we let them know but nothing was fixed during our stay. The shower curtain did not reach the tile of the bathroom shower and water was all over the floor so very dangerous when stepping out of the shower.

It was ok. Parking rate was $50 per day- location was excellent. Easy to walk or uber. Room rate was under the normal. The shower left a pool of water on the floor- no biggie just needed extra towels. All 3 ice machines were not operating. There is a store right by the hotel and good food.
