Broken toilet, broken blow dryer, no shampoo, the entire lobby/dining area smells like chlorine from the indoor therapy pool, situated next to the lobby elevator. I also felt that the surrounding area was unsafe.
That said, the staff were extremely welcoming, personable, and responsive.

Overall it is a decent stay for traveling, but not for leisure. The fridge in the room was off with water sitting in the freezer, very musty smell. The rest of the stay was fine. The girl at the counter was very happy and friendly.

No water in the shower and the sink was backed up. Plumbing situation was REALLY BAD. We informed the front desk but they told me to call the manager the next day. Lack of ownership and empowerment is awful customer service.
