Mold growing on the roofs. Obviously flooding recently as they had a dehumidifier only on the third floor.

There was no AC in the halls. The towels were a bit dingy, sofa had stains on them. TV didn’t work only had one channel. some of the food old.

The room was spacious and overall looked clean. We checked in pretty late but because we were so tired, i didn't notice that the restroom was not clean. The hand bar soap was opened and used and the there was not enough towels in the room. There door hinge was off so we had to slam the door hard to get it to close.

I got a suit and that was the most dirty hotel room i have stayed in
I have to go get paper napkins and cleaning agents to wipe everything down
Checked out was worst
The receptionist came in after more the 20mins of trying to get someone to front desk and was so rude

The hot tub was not warm, there was mold in the shower curtain, and they ran out of breakfast early. One of our staff was super friendly and helpful, the other was quite rude.
