Great location. Great breakfast. Our room looked to a blank wall of another hotel. No open windows. No bathroom ventalation. Its Palm Springs and I thought we could see outside our room, even if it was a parking lot. Dark room. They really try to keep it nice, but it is not the newest place in town.

LOVED THE 24hr pool hours and that it was heated. Great breakfast options. Only complain not to many parking spaces

On my second night stay, the power was shut off and a large generator noisy was parked outside my room and ran all night long. Worker worked all night making a lot of noise. Was not advised a head of time about either by the staff.

Clean but dated. It didn't feel safe, outdoor walkways/hottub at night. Outdoor breakfast area would be better on nice days. Friendly cleaners, breakfast staff, but not so much at reception.

Including a hot breakfast is a bonus. The hot tub and pool are nice, and the location of the property, at the base of a mountain, is picturesque. Be aware, though, that this Best Western is NOT in the downtown area. It's only about 2 miles away, but that's not quick walking distance. The sound barriers leave much to be desired. In fact, after a few days of interrupted sleep, I asked to be moved to another room. If you stay there, request a room on the top (third) floor, so you won't hear footsteps above you.
