Best Western Mystic Hotel

The hotel was clean and staff was attentive. The breakfast was crowded in a small area with some things running out but one staff member was busy trying to keep up and nice about it. It was decent for a free breakfast with a variety of choices.

The bathroom ceiling had rust all over it. The beds were hard. The staff were nice. Easy check in and check out.

I was in my room for maybe an hour. When we went to use the bathroom the toilet was stained and the water smelt. They charged me for my first nights stay even though we were checked in for about an hour.

The breakfast was lovely! The waffle maker superb! The desk staff were amazingly friendly. Had a smile on always. Celebrating my sister’s birthday and went to nearby activities. The hotel was in a perfect location and easy parking and best of all- quiet and peaceful!

For the prices around Mystice this hotel was great. Clean and comfortable. The sheets are stiff and noisy but other than that no complaints.

Very nice

The room was clean and in good condition. However the walls are paper thin. Upon arrival a family with kids that were not being controlled just let their kids destroy the coffee bar and ripped up the straws and threw pieces of paper everywhere. The family had no control of their kids and nobody said anything to them. While I was checking in the kids ran into me and literally I went sideways into a wall. Twice. The parents or staff said nothing to the children. The staff apologized to me quietly. But then I was checked into a first floor room under the family. The children were up at 6am running back and forth above me for three hours. A dog across the hall barked constantly from 6am onwards. My advice would be to try and group guests better. For example rooms that are dog friendly together, and large families on the first floor and maybe people alone on the second floor. Be aware of the total lack of insulation to ensure all guests can enjoy their stay. I can’t believe this hotel was $199 plus fees and taxes a night. Additional not I raised four very active boys all close in age and they would never have been allowed to behave like that checking into a hotel. I felt bad for the front desk staff. The family were rude to them upon check in. But they should have taken better control of the situation and asked the family to get control of the children.

I like how quiet the area is. Front Desk staff is nice and very helpful.

Excellent value

The breakfast was pretty good. At check in, it took a while before somebody came out to check us in. We rang the bell and called out for somebody. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay especially on a budget!

Had a pleasant stay.

I love that the property was safe and clean I would definitely stay their again.

Sag was okay, no complaints.
